I've seen a few of the Vespas out here, especially after gasoline went over $3 per gallon (I know, you laugh that we freak out at 82 cents per litre), and I will definitely be buying one next spring. Here in America, we can pretty much keep them, too, unlike in some parts of Europe, where I hear that a Vespa is more or less community property, and anyone can take it and leave it as they wish ;-) ;-) Is it like that in Italy, or is it true just in the North Countries?
