Actually, I started on Jasc when I was 14-15 years old, so yeah Corel is a lot easier. It depends on who you are, what you are needing an imagery program for and what your styles are. I use mostly textures and brushes, so it varies.

Dreamweaver can get pricey but Corel Paint is way cheaper than the full version of Photoshop! Corel used to be Jasc, so if you can find a download for it get Jasc 5 or 6, they are more user friendly!

Ah damn, thank you so much. No, I strongly dislike photoshop, I always advise against Adobe. I use Paint shops and my main imagery program is Corel 10/X. Dreamweaver is a great program as well, it depends if you use more effects or brushes..
