About Me
I must stay, I must say, I must stay and say something slightly interesting and maybe a little bit crazy. Hell, I'm crazy, you're crazy (whether you believe it or not I know you're crazy and that's all that matters). I'm an art student! Haha turn and run. Run as fast as you can for the nearest exit because we all know how artists are, but I'm not like "other" artists. I don't like artsy stuff. Openings make me gag along with the food they try to serve (who are they kidding, do they really think people want to eat that crap? Why not serve egg rolls and a nice cold beer?) Okay, so I have a son, he takes up a lot of my time and money (as if art didn't HAHA!) Umm...I....Umm....Oh, I like music, movies, cars, pool, swimming, Six Flags, karaoke (especially Nick and Dave's Karaoke), the paranormal and hanging out with my friends and family. I'm a Christian and attend regularly. I like to read, write, play video games (mostly on the computer as that's where my butt is planted most of the time - perhaps that's the devil's hand in being a graphic design minor and a photography major?) My friends tell me I'm trust worthy and special (I'm still deciding on what they mean by that.)

My friend, Samantha and I are also trying to establish our own photography studio. You can check out our Myspace or you can go to our Homepage to check us out. I think we are pretty good. We do all kinds of things from weddings to stage events and everything else you could possibly want to hire a photographer for. We're just two friends trying to make it in the big bad world together.

Just a little more background information for those of you who are curious. I'm the photo analyst for Missouri Paranormal Research and every once in a while, when I can, I go on investigations as well. I've always been interested in the paranormal and started really trying to investigate with different people when I went to Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO) with some old friends of mine: Liz and Mel. Those days are past although I recently reconnected with Liz, but then I got into a relationship with this guy named Tom, (yes, he's also part of the band called Shock Session. We went on our own personal investigation with my friend Jen and ever since then we started hanging out with Terry from Missouri Ghosts and from there we met Greg and Steve and the rest of the MPR team and we've all been friends ever since. Now Tom and I are just friends along with everyone else as well. Great story, no? But that's how it really happened. It's a very cool idea to be friends with people who are into the same thing you are into but that's entirely different. Anyway, you should check out those sites for real. I don't really add friends on this name unless I know you personally but you can get my on my MPR MySpace name.

Thanks for the comments on my pictures. Regarding to what lense I used on for the picture called "Purple"...I didn't use a specific lense. The camera I was using, and still do (for now), is a Nikon Coolpix 8700, 8.0 mega pixels. For about 90% of my close ups I have to take several shots for it to focus right and come out. I stand and balance the camera very still. My camera is very tempermental so I treasure the shots that come out! So, no special lense attachments..just a hand held w/ a temper..lol
