I just finished my GCSEs (I'm getting my results in August, if I don't kill myself through boredom before then) and my chosen 'A' Level subjects for next year are Psychology, Art, English Literature and French. I don't know why I insist upon TORTURING myself with that last one, but for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to carry on with a language. I'm going on holiday with my friends in July, which is a pretty big thing for me! I'm looking forward to it but at the same time, I have this overwhelming urge to cling onto my mother's leg and cry... How odd... Anyway, I love to read and write and Terry Pratchett is one of my all-time favourite authors. He's witty, weird and I hang on every word of every page. I was upset to learn that he had Alzheimer's disease and I hope that one day they will be able to find some way of preventing it in every sufferer. I also love art - though I do not appreciate some of the more modern stuff that seems to be going around. Cubism is a favourite, as it has been drilled into me from the moment I started GCSE art.
