   Josh woke up to a major headache and hangover. He didnt remember a thing about last night except for getting drunk with some random girl. He got up from bed and walked to the kitchen, in desperate need of an aspirin. But to his dismay, there werent any.

   He rubbed his head, hoping it would stop the burning pain but no luck. He crashed onto his bed and decided to lay there for the rest of the day. There was no way his dad would find out about last night.

   The day went by so quick and Lexi hasnt seen Josh all morning. What if he's with that girl?  She thought. Lexi quickly shook the memory of last night out of her head. She cried all night about the fact that he betrayed her.

   She looked around the beach and noticed many couples having a good time. The sight immidiately brought tears to her eyes.

   "Hey."

   Lexi turned to see a teenaged girl standing besides her. "Hi, can I help you with something?"

   "Yea, you can tell me why you're sad." she said. She was dressed in jeans and a long sweatshirt. Her black hair nearly covered her right eye and was longer than her arms.

   "Excuse me?" Lexi asked in confusion.

   "It's Josh, isnt it?"

   "How do you know about Josh? And who are you?"

   "I know many things,... and I also met him in the plane. But that's not the point. So, tell me, what's wrong?"

   "First of all, I dont even know you! So I refuse to tell you anything about my personal life! And second of all, who are you?!"

   "Josh told me you would be this difficult."

   "What!" Lexi nearly screamed. "Josh told you that?!"

   "Yea, he said you arent an easy person to persuade." the girl pointed out. "If you ever need to talk, come look for me." She turned and slowly walked away.

   Lexi just sat there, on her towel, in the middle of the beach. "Wait, what's your name?" she called out.

   "Herman." the girl called back.

   And with that, Lexi was left alone on an amost deserted beach.
