more than just lust 1

They sat in silence. There wasnt much to say anymore, everything was ruined and they couldn't do anything about it.  Lexi and Josh have only been together for 6 months and it was now ending. Normally, when couples broke up, it was because they no longer had love for eachother.  Lexi and Josh still had love for eachother but they weren't they ones that broke the relationship.  It was their parents. 

Lexi wasnt allowed to date until she was eighteen so she had never told her mother.  She made Josh keep it a secret from his father since he was good friends with Lexi's mom. They thought they were perfect for eachother and that they would never break up, but here it was.

   "I still cant believe our parents did this." Josh finally said.  He looked up from the ground and stared at Lexi.

   "It was our fault for not telling them, I should've just told my mom how I felt.  Now it's all over and we cant to anything to save it." She choked, tears streaming down her face.  Josh immediately got up and hugged her. She hugged him back and he hugged her tighter, knowing this would be their last hug and their last boyfriend-girlfriend moment together.  He sniffled and she knew that he was crying too.

   They loved eachother so much, that they couldn't even find the right words to explain it.  Josh was always full of surprises.  Lexi found out something new about him everyday, making everday seem like Christmas.  Josh was hott! And made every girl drool over his charming good looks.  His wavy brown hair collapsed onto his electrifying blue eyes, he had the most amazing eight pack she had ever seen and was a fun guy to hang out with. He had everything that a girl wanted in a guy. Every girl envied our relationship, but it made me feel grateful to have such a great guy.

   "I promise that everything will be okay," Josh spoke.  "So maybe they are getting married, but that doesnt mean that we cant hang out.  We dont even have to break up."

   I looked up at him.  "Josh, you know we cant do that. It was hard enough trying to keep the secret before, now we're moving in together and it's just going to make things even harder.  The whole school is going to find out about this and if we keep on dating then the word id going to spread.  Eventually our parent will find out."

   Lexi is right. Josh thought. But he didnt want to break up.  It was the last thing he wanted to do.  But there was no other choice.  If their parents found out, they would freak and Josh didnt was to upset his dad. Now that he was so happy.

   "Well then, I guess this is really it. I guess we really are breaking up." Josh said, feeling upset as hell.

   Lexi looked up at him with her big green eyes.  Trying hard not to look away but it was hard. His bright blue eyes were burning against her light green ones.  "I guess we are... I never thought this would happen but-"

Right then, Josh kissed her.  Deeply and passionatly, he kissed her.  She didnt want to kiss him, know that it wasnt right but she couldnt help it and she knew that Josh couldnt either.  This was going to be their last kiss and they were both going to make the most of it, no matter how wrong it was. They finally broke the kiss and stared at eachother deeply.

"I love you." Josh said.

"I love you too." Lexi replied. "I always will."
