Kiss Of Death
I didn’t really know what to expect except loud booming music and strobe lights in club Midnight. But as I walked past the bouncer and through the doorway, my assumption was correct. I looked around, trying to take everything in. It’s my eighteenth birthday, and Steph and Karissa, my best friends, took me out for my first clubbing experience at one of the most popular clubs in NYC. As overwhelming as it is, it’s pretty damn fun so far. Steph and Karissa led me onto the dance floor and we started dancing like it was our last chance to dance. Dancing, hot guys, being with my best friends, escaping from work and school...I wish I could live like this everyday. I can’t though, but I can dream, can’t I?
Time flew by as we were dancing the night away. I started to tire, so I went to look for a place to sit, preferably the lounge area. On the way, I bought a bottle of water at the bar, and made my way through the door leading to the lounge. It was then when I noticed him. Jet black hair, tall, slender with a hint of muscle bulging from under his black shirt, pale skin and deep pale blue eyes.
We made eye contact form across the room, and it was like everything disappeared. No more roaring music, no more strobe lights, or people. It was just us in that room. I felt hypnotized until i blinked and looked away from his gaze. Everything came back, the people, music, and lights. When I looked back to the spot where he was standing, he was gone. I looked around the room, sad I couldn’t look at his beauty one last time. He really was quite stunning. Then, as if he knew I wanted to see him again, he appeared in front of me, startling me out of my thoughts.
“Hello gorgeous, I’m Damon.”, he said as he slowly smiled at me. Wow. I actually can’t believe he’s talking to me. He must be in his early twenties at most.
“Um...hi...I’m...ugh...Rose.”, I managed to say. God, what is wrong with me? I just made myself sound completely stupid.
“Care to dance?”, he asked me. I was afraid to speak again, I couldn’t trust my mouth, so I just nodded. He smiled, satisfied with my answer. We made our way to the dance floor as Le Disko by Shiny Toy Guns started to blast throughout the club. We started dancing, our bodies moving to the rhythm. I always thought I was a pretty good dancer. but compared to him, I was amateur. He could dance as if he’s been dancing for hundreds of years. The dance floor was almost like an orgy, everybody grinding, including us. Damon put his hands around me, and lust filled my body at the touch of his hands. I wouldn’t mind him doing more with his hands to me then just having them around my waist, if you know what I mean.
We danced to a few more songs. I kind of felt bad for ditching my friends, they’re probably wondering where I am, but it’s worth it. I’m with the hottest guy in the club, possibly the world. He dropped his arms from around my waist and suggested going outside for some fresh air. He led me outside the club through a side door. No one else was around, it was just us. Damon caught me staring at him, which wasn’t hard since he was so captivating. He stepped towards me, his face just inches away from mine. I could smell him, and man, did he smell good. He reached up and tucked a lock of my golden blonde hair behind my ear. Then, he moved in for a kiss, and I let him. His mouth enveloped mine, and I could feel his tongue move between my lips, into my mouth, exploring it. His right hand was behind my head, and his left was on the small of my back. He broke our kiss, which was amazing, and moved his lips to my jaw line, trailing kisses all the way to my neck. This is definitely the way to spend your eighteenth birthday.
I was enjoying his kisses when I felt a prick on my neck, but only for a second. Then, whatever he was doing, I didn’t care because it felt sooo good. I moaned in pleasure, but only for a moment because all of a sudden I started to feel extraordinarily weak. My knees started to buckle and I felt a trickle of warm liquid running down my neck.
And then everything went black.
