    “Get off me!” I screamed trying to kick him.
    “So feisty.” he smirked. He lean into me and whisper in my ear, “I like that.”
    “Go fuck someone your own age!” I close my eyes wanting to disappear. I felt his hand up my shirt. Suddenly I didn’t feel Cory’s body weight against me. I open my eyes and saw Jacob wailing Cory right in the stomach and right where no guy wants to be punch or kick at.
    “Touch her again, and I‘ll kill you.” Jacob face was red with frustration. Cory pushed Jacob off and started to punch him and wrestle him to the ground. The fight went on for what seem forever, and Cory was still winning.  
    “Cory stop !” I cried. My eyes water up from seeing this. Cory looked at me for a minute, Jacob took this advantage and  knee him right where it hurts. Jacob punch him right at the jaw. Jacob stumble to get up and Cory was still dizzy. Jacob strike him near his ribs.  Cory was soon almost knocked out but that didn’t stop Jacob. Cory was now weak and wasn’t fighting back. I put my hand on Jacob’s shoulder.
    “You can stop now.” I weakly said, holding back any tears.
    “Are you okay?” His face back to it’s tan self and not burning red.
    “Am I okay?” I said with a raised eyebrow.
    “Please tell me, this was the first time he try to touch you.”
    “I’m fine, are you okay?” my hand slowly ran through his gorgeous face, that had blood dripping from his forehead and his mouth. I pray he wasn‘t too hurt.
    “Yes, it doesn’t even hurt.” I frown, I knew he was lying.
    “We should go wash the blood off.”
    “Wait, I came to find you because.. I wanted to say sorry, about yesterday.” he said trying to change the subject.
    “It‘s okay.  But you should really get yourself clean up.” I ignored his words and try to convince him to clean his bloodstains.
    “Jennifer, I care about you. I been thinking hard about this.”
    “About what?” I asked worried.
    “Monica.. The girl you saw from yesterday..”
    “What about her?” I was scared for the answer.
    “She’s pregnant, and ..” He took a breathe, “ and I’m the dad.” those words hit me like lightening.
    “How could you do this?” my feelings for him turn from love to hate as a few tears came down my cheeks.
    “What?” he asked finally making eye contact.
    “You knew and you fucking just left her! ” I snapped at him. I took several steps back.
    “You don’t understand.” he walk forward to me.
    “What’s your choice?”
    “What?”
    “You said you been thinking hard about this. What is your choice?!” Jacob never seem like the guy who would do something like this.
    “I really care about you Jennifer,”
    “Yeah right, what? Until you get me pregnant and leave me just like Monica. No! you’re staying with her!”  A few tears slid down my cheeks. I can’t believe I just said that, he was my lover and I’m telling him to go to another girl !  I try running away but he caught up to me. He grab my wrist and pull me toward him, so our face could meet. I could tell it was hard for him to walk.
    “Let go!” I said trying to pull away from him. He just made his grip tighter.
    “You know I care for you, don‘t hate me.” His grip getting tighter and tighter.
    “Ow! You’re hurting me ! Stop!” I cried. He loosen his grip a little.
    “Listen.”
    “What do you mean?!” I asked still struggling to get away from him.
    “I‘m not going to leave you, promise you will wait for me?” he sounded so sappy right now, but it was so romantic, but I couldn’t think about that right now!
    “Fine I promise! Just let me go.” He leaned in to kiss me but I push him away. I got out of his grip and ran heading toward my house. Jacob ran after me, and of course he was faster than me, even after a fight with a pretty big guy. He tackle me and I fell on the wet grass.
    “Jennifer!  Please, I‘ll convince you somehow I‘m not a bad guy! Hear my side of the story.”
    “Hear your side of the story? That what?! I heard them all Jacob! Try to convince me but it’ll never work!”
    “I was drunk..”
    “Drunk? You shouldn‘t be drinking anyway!” I bitterly laughed.
    “Come on Jennifer..” His words not convincing me but his voice. I could tell he really was feeling more pain than I was.
    “Jacob, I love you but..”
    “But?” he said like it was an insult.
    “I don’t want us to come too close, I really want you to be there for Monica.”
    “Monica means nothing to me, you mean everything to me.”
    “Than why did you knock her up?” my words seem to paralyze him.
    “I made a mistake.” he finally spoke.
    “What would you do if you got me pregnant?” I was eager to know.
    “Jennifer, please don’t do this.”
    “Exactly..” I push him off of me.
    “I would never get someone 4 years younger than me pregnant.”
    “Are you saying our age difference is a big deal to you?” I never really thought about it, I look older than I am but I was still 13.
    “I never dated anybody younger than me by 4 years.”
    “Age is just a number.” I sighed.
