I slowly became fully conscious. Aware of my surroundings. It was mid-morning, and I was lying, shivering on the ground, still naked. I felt so sick and sore, but slowly managed to crawl up, and look around at the room in the day light.

 Zac, not much of a people person, his bedroom was all creamy coloured, pale and insignificant. Not strong or majestic at all.

 I heard foot steps along the corridor, so I dived into the bed and pulled a sheet around me. Trying to pretend I was asleep... I heard him enter.

"Lana?" he called softly, "Are you still asleep?..." I kept as still as i could. He moved towards the bed, and sat down, I could feel the burn of his eyes staring at my face, and I tried not to twitch. "Look.." he said, with a sigh, "I'm sorry about last night. I didn't know you were hurting. I'll be more gently next time... ok? Well, I didn't know I'd have to look after someone today, but I'm having a party this weekend, with it being my birthday, I always have one. I don't know what you want to do, but you'll be safe. I'll keep you safe. Don't worry." He sounded like he had a plan, but his words comforted me, no matter what he had already done. I couldn't help but smile slightly. He must have realised I was awake, because I heard him laugh gently as he walked away.

 I heard the door creek as he walked through. I opened my eyes and looked up. My clothes were on the floor, left in a pile, I quickly got dressed, and decided I needed to get some clothes from my home.

Then the thought struck me, 'I've been in a car for hours last night, where am I!'? I never thought to check...
