Chapter 13

~ Ashley's POV:

As I walked into the room I noticed Eric had a gun to Kenny's head. I closed my eyes tight as I felt some tears fall from my eyes. Kenny did the same. I sighed loudly trying to think of a way to stop this from getting any uglier.

"Eric, just put the gun down and let him alone." I said, softly and kindly.

"Like hell I will!" he shouted.

I just looked at him and Kenny. And like that, someone shoves Eric to the ground the gun went off but no one was shot. Kenny backed away and noticed that Jake was here, fighting Eric. He turned around and looked behind him. Tia was there too.

"What are you two doing here? I told you guys that I didn't need help. I could take care of this on my own." Kenny said.

"To me it didn't look like it. You looked like you would have been killed if we didn't come to help." she replied.

I saw Kenny rolling his eyes and he looked back down at Jake and Eric. Eric still had the gun in his hand and he had it pointed right at Jake's chest.

"I don't think so," Jake mumbled, struggling to get the gun from him.

~ Kenny's POV:

I watched them fight on the floor and I heard a loud pop noise, but I realized it was the gun, but I didn't know who was shot.

"Jake!" I shouted.

He didn't say anything and I grew worried. I heard he was out of breath, but I still wasn't sure he was the one that got shot or not.

"Dude, answer me!" I hollered.

"I'm fine," Jake whispered. "He's... the one that was shot."

I sighed in relief. "Did you kill him?" I asked.

"No he killed himself, so I'm not a murderer." he replied.

I helped him up off the ground and Tia came over to catch his balance. He made his way to a chair. I stood there, for a while then I look over at Ashley. I walk over to her, slowly. She was in shock.

"Ashley, are you alright?" I questioned.

She nodded. "I'm just glad this whole terrible thing is over." she said, pulling me close to her in a hug.

It surprised me at first, but then I wrapped my around her tight. She looked at me and roughly pressed her lips against mine, surprising me once again. I never kissed Ashley and I was glad that I did. We had our hands on each others faces, kissing long and passionately.

"Damn! I wish I could get one of those." Tia shouted.

"One of what?" Jake asks.

"A kiss from a hot guy." she stated.

"How 'bout one right now?" he replied, smirking.

"Would I ever? Of course," she laughed, as Jake and Tia started kissing too.

Ashley and I broke apart and started laughing.

We called the cops and they took Eric's body and nasty body away. I was surprised that this even happened. I would have sworn he had hurt Ashley, but he didn't.

I also didn't see Hector, but then I remembered that he was outside when I went in. The police tracked him down and caught him the next day. Ashley and I grew stronger, but were taking it slow. As for Jake and Tia, well lets just say they are moving along well.

~ Sorry it's a werid ending, but as I said before, I really wasn't into the story like the others. To my "Tryin' to Stop Your Leavin'" fans, I'll be posting the sequel anytime now, so yeah. Thank 4 all of my supporters for this story and I'm sorry I had to cut it short.
