Wishing on a broken star

"Oh look guys its about to start" Janet says, Me Janet and Jennifer laid back on our sandy sleeping bags and gaze up at the sky. It was dark on the beach no one was there except for us, so we could see the show. We look up and wait for the stars. The sky was pitch black with a million diamonds that began to fly all over the sky.
"Wow," we all say together. "Ok guys remember to make wishes and then you have to go sleep for it to come true,” Jen says closing her eyes. I watch for a star and glance over at Janet. She is squinting her eyes shut and is making a wish a wish for something big, probably for the guys to maul all over her this summer. I chuckle to myself. I look back up and see a little star that I just keep coming back to.
"Ok" I think closing my eyes " I hope you can do it little star. I wish- I wish for a Change this summer and bye that I mean not to be the outcast and to be liked by a guy." I say. I fall asleep quickly and dream of a warm glowing light and some one reaching out to me saying "will you-"
"TESS!!! WAKE UP THE TIDE IS COMING IN!!!! GET UP!!!!!!" Jen yells
"Say WA-?!?" I yell back jumping up out of my sleeping bag and grabbing it looking out to the ocean. it isn't even a forth of the way up the beach I turn around to see Janet and Jen rolling in the sand laughing 
"HEY! that’s not funny" I yell at them " You know I hate water I can’t swim." I say staring at them
"Sorry about that its just we couldn't stop our self’s" Janet says wiping a tear away
"might as well get up any ways if we want some breakfast. its  almost 9:45." Jen says shaking the sand out of her long blond straight hair and puting it up in a messy bun. she is a perfect girl Beautiful best personality ever. she has olive skine and Blue, Deep blue eyes all of the guys love her but she always says no for some reason i don't know why. while Janet has big Brown eyes and black silky hair she is truely boy crazy me on the other hand i have a tan/white skin with a eye color of grey green and blue i have long wavy brown/dirty blonde hair. and as for boys. I like boys but they... they just use me to get to Jen and Jan or they just look at me and snicker. im the girl in the back and is invisable to everyone.
"Guys come on lets go i'm starved" Jen says
"when aren't you i mean you are always burning fat so your all skinney" Jannet says
"guys lets just go." i say  so we get on our bikes and go to the dinner
when we get there Alex (she's always serving us when we get there) gives us our booth
