I have a few major beefs with this site. First of which is this: The highest number of rates a story gets is somewhere in the low 1000s. Check out the jokes section; some of them have 6000+! Not only that, but the joke with the most rates is a DIRTY joke. It's just plain sad when the majority of people pick some perverted piece of comedy over an intricate piece of literature that someone worked really hard on! What's REALLY pathetic is that most of these jokes aren't even ORIGINAL. More people are rating a DIRTY JOKE that they've heard A BILLION TIMES then are rating a well thought out, highly original story. What's happened to culture?!? Another problem I've noticed: WHAT'S WITH ALL THE SEX STORIES?!? Why is it that people are wasting their brain power on such mindless crap? It's always the same thing over and over again: Blonde hair, blue eyed girl with huge boobs and some tall handsome guy. How is it that these are the stories that are the most popular? Can't you people think with something OTHER than your dicks? (Like, maybe, YOUR BRAIN?!?) There are VERY few ACTUAL stories that are superior to mindless sex stories. The people that actually DESERVE the rates, the people that actually THINK and use ORIGINALITY in their stories, don't get the publicity because some mindless pervert rights something that's been written SO MANY TIMES, and just changed a few minor details. Our founding fathers would be absolutely disgraced by the dominance of sex in our society. Culture is going straight down the tube. Another thing that I'm appalled at is the lack of intelligence a lot of people have. I'm no wiz at spelling and grammar either, but at least my stuff is COMPREHENSABLE. Sometimes when I'm reading a story, the Syntax and spelling is AWEFUL!!! I can barely understand a word I'm reading! Sure I spell things wrong, but once the word 'Super' is spelt 'Soopper', or something like that, you KNOW something bad is happening to society. (I seriously saw someone right 'soopper' instead of 'Super', along with a lot of other misspelled words that are ONLY 3-5 LETTERS LONG!!!) And the grammar! Oh, don't get me started on some of these stories. I sometimes have to read a story 3 TIMES before I actually have even somewhat of an idea of what's going on. Seriously people! Have NONE of you taken English Class and Language Arts? My teacher, Mr. Kitredge, would faint at some of these stories. Also, please remember that this is a site for ALL AGES!!! So why do you people write stories with such terrible foul language? In some stories, at least 20% of the words that a character says are cuss words. What's wrong with you people? Have you no vocabulary whatsoever?!? I'm not saying that my stories are 100% clean, but at least I keep the cussing to a minimal! A lot of you people have a cuss word every other line or more! I'm beginning to think Culture doesn't even exist in our society any more! Now, I bet most of you people are thinking, "What's this guy's problem?" Yeah well guess what? I'm asking the exact same question when I see some of the stuff on this site and others. For those of you who agree with the things I'm saying, I hope you can teach your children (if you ever have or currently have kids) to be as cultural and sophisticated as yourselves. I don't want MY future children (If I ever have any) to live in a world completely void of culture and moral.

Iagree and I think that a 13 year old like you is awsome. I liked the founding fathers part. Not many 13 year olds are that mature. I should know some of the people my age aren't mature and I'm 17. |

i think you are completely 100% right on what you said and even thou our founding fathers were quite the pervs i still beleive that they would be slightly apaled at what our society has developed into but i also think that you are right and i love that you are so pasionate about it i think you should get your word out there so u rant is going on my page and my myspace also! i think we need to get this out to others! |

I agree with you on some points. Not all, but some. As for the jokes, I gave up on the joke section awhile back after a stared blankly at the screen trying to figure out what idiot figured posting it would prove benificial... As for the sex stories, I can't say much. What I CAN say however, is that our founding fathers would enjoy todays society. Now, they can watch videos of the things they peeped in windows to see. Our founding fathers were some sick ass men, just saying. |

i think it's pretty awesome a 13 year old came up with this. i do agree, the minds of teens/adults today are outrageous. i think that most sex stories on here are completely lame, while others are well written with detail. most have horrible grammer and spelling and don't make a lick of sense. but i like this rant, :D |

That's it exactly. You are only 13 and everyone should be able to express themselves, i agree with the jokes, they are all copies and they make me mad. But SEX stories are usually intimate and funny.
Although, when you are posting the SAME EXACT things from "different ppls point of view"
who just HAPPEN to think EXACTLY alike, then that is just upsetting.

i completely agree with you. sex is way too dominant in out society. im also 13, and some people, even adults, are astounded by some of the words i know (not cuss words). sure i swear, but i do not let it complete my vocabulary. and just because someone doesn't think very highly of sex stories, doesn't mean that people don't like them because of it. i heppen to think that william is completely right about what he worte, so cotyismymrsexy, you can stop thinking that sex is what makes the world spin. |

there are some exceptions because there are some sex stories that are written very well but then there are some that aren't. but i think that romance stories are the ones dominating the story page not sex stories, but whatever that is your opinion and this is mine |

sex stories aren't literature, period. And I can't imagine someone above 18 who would enjoy reading one of those loose descriptions which DON'T deserve to be called stories. An 18-year old would be mature and would know what a good story makes, unlike the teens at this site who poison themselves with sex stories intentionally and don't realize the short and long term effect it has on them. I agree with this little rant completely. |

I wouldn't believe that the mind of a 13 year old could come up with something like this, but I guess its possible. GO YOU THEN. but i still dont see why your mad about sex stories. some people (that are over 18, unlike you) acutally see it as great literature. but i can understand why someone as young as you wouldn't understand that. |
