You walk out of Rad's house and say goodbye to him. Then you continue to walk down the the street. You havn't learned anything really important. No relationships or anything. Just a few inside jokes and where your house is located. You continue walking, deep in thought about everything. Wondering who you use to be, and how come your mind has been erased. You get halfway to your house when you remember you left your bag in Rad's room. You just think, "Oh well, I'll get it tomarrow. No big deal." but then you remember your History homework is due. You curse softly and run back to his house.
When you get there, you knock on the door, no answer. You knock a second time, still none, you knock again, forth, fifth! Still no answer. You jiggle the handle and you discover its unlocked. You open the door and go inside. All the lights are off in the house and, because its almost dark, it makes all the room very dim. You walking up the staircase. It's dead silent, like NOTHING. You remember Rad's dad watching football when you left, you can't hear him yelling, cheering, or the blarring tv. You go into Rad's room but you back up and cup you nose with your hand, for as a horrible smell has enter your nostrils and into you brain, it feels like. You enter the room and see you bag sitting infront of the closet. But before you can grab it and beat it, you notice the closet doors open and a pale and red object inside it. A DEAD BODY! You back up against the wall in frightment. the body is pale, with huge wounds and scars all over it. Blood is running down it's body. It slowly turns around and you see the face, RAD! He's hanging from the celling, floating a half a foot from the ground. His neck is slit open so he's being hung from just a strip of flesh. Rad's eyes snap open, they are rolled back in his skull and bloodshot red. His lips raise into an evil grin and he lets out a demonic scream. You snatch you bag and run out of there as fast as you can. You don't stop until you get home.
When you bust in threw the doorway, your mom tries to ask you where you've been. You don't answer, just run into room, with a pale, frighten face. You can't believe what you've just witnessed. You look around your room first, and then relax a little. You flop onto your bed and think outloud.
"Ok, I'm not crazy. I was day dreaming. I didn't just see that. I'm creeping myself out. I'll see Rad tomorrow and I'll tell him the story and we'll laugh about it." you giggle nervously. You feel a tightning in your stomach, a feeling that you're not going to ever see Rad again. But you just can't figure it out. Who killed him? Where's his parents at? Why did he attack you? And, was it even real? You look onto your shoulder and find out that the answer to your last question was a yes. You have blood dripping off of your shoulder. You decide you're freaking out a little too much and you take a shower.
You just can't get the image of your dead friend, hanging there in the closet, bleeding like crazy. While your thinking, you feel a tightening in your throat. You get slammed onto the shower wall and lifted up about a half a foot from the ground. You look at whatever has pinned you up but you see nothing. You grabs above you and you feel a rope! You tug maddly at it and it breaks, letting you fall back on the ground and gasp for breath. You get out of the shower and wrap a towel around you. While you're out, you check your neck and see rope burn all around it. You rub it softly but it hurts too much so you leave it alone and get dressed. You go back into your room and start your homework, hoping to have no more interuptions... But how false your hoping was...
