After five minutes Brody started getting up. With blood and spit coming out of his mouth he said low and holding his ribs, "you going to regret this Will. When my dad finds out about this its going to be war!"

With that he limped away and left. I wonder if his dad knew I was Brian’s son.

It was breakfast time, and I was having a bowl of cereal. My parents across the table from me. I was about to ask my dad if he could pass the coffee pot when the phone rang. My dad got up and answered it.

"Hello?" His face was just filling with anger. He looked right at me.

There was more talking on the other line. Then my dad said, "See you then Brad." and he hung up. With Brad’s name my mom looked up from the paper.

"Did you just say Brad?" me and my mom said at the same time.

"What is this all about Will?" My mom said looking at me.

"Ok so I guess I need to tell you what happened...." my mom nodded and my dad said, "Oh Brad already told me what you did to his son. All I need to know is why!"

So it took me ten minutes of explaining. When I was done my mom just took a drink of her coffee, and my dad said, "Nice, I’m proud of you for sticking up for your girl. I had to help your mom out, of course he was a real ass to her." Then they started making out so I just walked up to my room.

When I opened my door there sat Brittany.

"Hey sexy I heard Abby’s in town and you and Kristen are over." She smiled and just looked at her nails.

"Get out of here Brittany!" I said laying on my bed. She came over and climbed on top of me.

"Listen babe," she said rubbing her hands on my chest, "I bet you had a rough night. How about you let me help you get un-stressed." I had to much on my mind to push her off of me. The door bell rang and she got off of me. As I walked out of my room, she just sat on my bed saying, "I’ll just wait here." I didn’t care.

As I reached the bottom of the stair I heard yelling from the living room. As I walked in, there stood Brody and Brad. Brad and my dad were fighting about crap that happened years ago. My mom just smiled. I bet she was thinking how childish they looked. Two mid-thirty year old guys fighting like they were my age.

Brody saw me and said, "Dad." Our dads stopped yelling and looked at me.

"So this is the son that bet my kids ass." Brad looked me up and down, "What is he on steroids? What the hell do you feed him?" Brad said looking at my dad.

"Well he actually works out, instead of beating up girls to get muscle!" My dad said back to him.

"Ok you two, your how old and still fighting!" my mom said stepping into the fight.

"Dad lets just go. You lost the girl to Brian and I guess I lost Abby to Will. You found mom and I’ll find someone else too." Brody said to his dad.

Brad looked at my dad and said, "Ok, he’s right." With the fighting over Brad and Brody left but as Brad was about to go out the door he turned to my mom and said, "You know Tia, if you need more of a man then I would be glad to help you out on that. Will and your little girl are welcome." My dad solved him talking by slamming the door in Brads face.

When my mom was walking into the kitchen she said, "I still got it!"
