As I got to Abby’s I heard yelling coming from her back yard. I walked through the house, and once I got to the back yard I saw Abby yelling with this guy I had never scene before. As I walked up next to Abby they both got silent and just looked at me.
The guy was the same height as me. Comparing me to him, I was more buff.
"Hey," I said looked from Abby to him, "I’m Will," I said putting my hand out, he was nice enough to shake it. "I’m Brody, Abby’s boyfriend."
I stopped shaking his hand and looked from Abby to him. How could that be?
As I looked at Abby she shifted her weight from one foot to the other. She looked nervus.
"Me and Brody got in a fight and it was OVER," she said a little louder than the rest, "when I left, but dumb ass Brody comes here expecting to hang out with some girlfriend he doesn’t even have." She glared at him.
"Well, ABBY," he said looking back at her, "we never called it off. We had a fight, and when you moved we never talked about it. It was never really off!"
"Oh well....." Abby and Brody went on arguing. I didn’t even pay attention to them all I could think about is cheating on Kristen, breaking up with Kristen, racing, almost getting killed by a semi, and now finding out Abby had a boyfriend back home. This was not a good night.
"Ok," I said yelling over them, "Brody do you love Abby."
"Yeah." He said looking at her.
"Abby do you want to be with Brody or me?" Brody looked at me funny, he was probably thinking when I came into this.
"Well Will," she looked away from us thinking, "I want you Will." She said when she finally looked at back at us.
Brody made a fist. "You little slut, I drive all the way out here to fix our relationship and all of a sudden you choose this random dude over me!" And then he pushed her in the pool.
I turned and pushed his shoulders. "Listen jackass, don’t talk about Abby that was and don’t," I pushed him harder with every word, "f’n-touch-her-like-that-again." I punched him in the noes and I heard a snap. Blood started coming out of his noes, but I didn’t care. I turned to help Abby out of the pool when he tackled me.
He got on top of me and started punching me. I finally blocked his punch and pushed him off of me. As I punched him in the stomach and head I heard Abby yell at me to stop. I finally did, I got off of him and looked at Abby, who ran over to Brody to see how much damage I did.
She stood up and walked over to me. "Wow babe, you and your dad have a thing for Brads family don’t you." She leaned in for a kiss but I stopped her. "What do you mean Brads family?" I was so confused.
"Brody is Brads son." she said looking at Brody.
