THE NEXT DAY AFTER SCHOOL
I had an hour before my date with Kristen, I had decided to what to wear and when to give her my present. I got her a necklace with a pink diamond in the shape of a heart on a sterling sliver chain. It was expensive but I was planning on asking her to be my girlfriend so it was worth it. My mom got my dad out of the house and Faith was at a friends house. So I had the house to get ready. I turned up the music got in the shower and got dressed. As I was deciding which cologne to wear the door bell rang. I was surprised I heard it over the music. As I opened the door all I saw was blonde hair. As the girl turned around it was Brittany.
"Hey what are you doing here?" A question I wanted to know.
"I was wondering if you would be my date to Kristen’s party and if you wanted to hang out afterwords." She smiled. Brittany was wanted by almost every guy in school but the only guy she had ever wanted was me.
"Ummm, no. I’m going out with Kristen before the party, and I’m grounded so I can’t go out afterwords." She just walked pass me into my house.
"Well, I heard Toby is Kristens date so I thought you would be open to going with me." She turned around and walked slowly to me.
"Brittany I like Kristen and not to be mean but I don’t like you as an more than a friend. Go with Toby he’s been dying to go out and get a piece of what every guy craves."
She put her hands on my chest and said very suductively "but all I want is a piece of you." She backed me against the corner of the wall. Right then she kissed me, I pushed her away and heard footsteps running away from the front door. As I looked out and saw who it was I was crushed. It was Kristen.
I ran out the door to try and catch her but she was already speeding off. I had just crushed the girl of my dreams on her birthday. I turned and glared at Brittany who was leaning on the post holding up my porch roof.
"Looks like you’re my date." She smiled proud of taking my chances with Kristen away
"This is all your fault." I walked passed her and pulled away when she tried to grab my arm. As she was following me I slammed the front door in her face. I slid my back down the door and sat on the floor. How I was I going to explain this to Kristen
