Chapter 7

On the drive over to Cole’s ranch there in the truck talking and listening to the radio. They get to the ranch Cole carries her bag for her and he unlocks the door and goes into the house. Cole says “I’ll take your bag upstairs make yourself at home” Lucy says “thanks and I will” while Cole took her bag upstairs Lucy sat on the couch and turned on the TV. Cole comes back downstairs and sets next to Lucy on the couch. Cole looks over at Lucy she looks back at him he raises his eyebrows up and down and looks deep into her eyes she knows what his thinking. He stands up and grabs Lucy’s hands and helps off the couch and they go up to his room he shuts the door and kisses her they backed up into the bedroom door while kissing.

He lifts her up and she wraps her legs around his waist and he carries her over to the bed and sets her on it. Cole helps her slip off her dress and then her bra and panties and drops all on to the floor she takes his shirt off he kisses her plumb lips. He kisses his way down to her neck she lets out alittle moan he takes his jeans and boxer off he slides a condom on his penis. He gets on top of her he slides into her she lets out a moan of pleasure they start making love at a slow pace and then they speed up. He kisses her down to her breast and cups one of his hands under her breast and sucks on it he goes over to the other one and does the same then he comes back up to her lips and kisses her. She kisses neck and collarbone she nibbles on his ear he lets out a moan and does the same thing to his other side then she also kisses his throat. While making love Cole says to her “I love you sweetheart” and she says “I love you too” after making love there both breathless and tired they fall asleep with a blanket draped over them.

The next morning Lucy wakes up she’s sleeping with her head on Cole’s chest she can hear his heart beating she tilts her head up and looks up at Cole. His still sleeping Lucy rubs her hand on his chest he feels her touch and his eyes flutter open he says “ hey morning how long have you been up” she says “ not long I need to get up and get ready for work.” she wraps a sheet around herself gives Cole a kiss on the forehead then goes into the bathroom with her bag and takes her a shower after her shower. she changes into some blue jeans, a dark brown T-shirt with a jean jacket she puts her hair up in a ponytail and puts on purple with light purple blended in eyeshadow, eyeliner. And mascara. She comes out of the bathroom Cole has changed into a pair of jeans and a red T-shirt and a baseball hat that has a Chevy symbol on it. Cole pulls her close to him and kisses her and says “ you smell really good well lets get you to work but first how about some breakfast” she says “thanks breakfast would be great cause its probably going to be a long day” Cole makes for breakfast biscuits and gravy, sausage and toast with orange juice to go with it. Lucy has some of her breakfast and says “ yum this is great and delicious how’d you learn to cook so well” Cole says “my mom taught me she thought maybe when€ I got older and when I got married someday I’d want to cook for my wife” she says “ oh that makes sense so you could impress you future wife with a romantic dinner you made. Well we better get me to work” he says “ yeah we better or you’ll be late I wish you didn’t have to work” she says “ well I’ve been thinking about hiring someone for a management position so I don’t have to be there so much” he says “ that would be great then we could spend even more time together you don’t have to do that if you don’t want to” she says “oh trust I do want to do that and I would love to spend even more time with you.” they get into he opens the truck door for her every time she gets in of course cause his a gentlemen the truck and he drives her to work.

They get to the coffee shop her employee’s are waiting for her she unlocks the door they go in the employee’s go into the break room and clock in. Lucy starts up the coffee makers she asks Cole “you want a cup of coffee or muffin or something before you head back to the ranch” he says “sure how about a coffee and a blueberry muffin you already know the way I like my coffee” she says “yes I know the way you like your coffee it will be alittle bit before the coffee is done but muffins are already here and made” she hands him a muffin. Serenity walks over to them and says “hey you two” they say “hey” to her Lucy asks Serenity “ you get all clocked in “she yep sure did now I’m ready to get to work you already start the coffee makers” Lucy says “I already did that” Serenity says “ok I’ll just do the other things that have to be done around here.” The coffee gets done Lucy pours Cole a cup and says “here you go black just the way you like it” she leans across the counter and gives him a kiss. Alittle bit later Justin walks in he walks up to the counter and orders himself a coffee Cole and Lucy says “hello” to him Serenity walks over and says “honey what are you doing here? Aren’t you suppose to be at work” Justin says “I’m on break so I thought I’d come over here and see you” Serenity says “ oh ok I thought you’d got fired or something.”

Serenity gets back to working she turns on the radio to a country station Justin and Cole start talking with each other Justin says “I like your truck man I was thinking of maybe getting a new one soon when I get the money” Cole says “yeah it’s a good truck to have around the ranch also I have a 6 foot bed that never has to be made” they both start laughing at that Lucy and Serenity look at them. Serenity says “I wonder what there laughing about” Lucy says “knowing that its two men talking god only knows” she laughs and shakes her head Cole tells Lucy “I got to get back to ranch and do my choirs I’ll pick you up when its time for you to get off” she says “ ok I’ll see you then have a good day” he says “you too” gives her a kiss goodbye and walks out and gets in his truck and drives off toward the ranch. Justin says “ well I better be getting back to work I’ll see you after work honey” he gives Serenity a kiss goodbye and heads back to work. Lucy tells Serenity I’ll be in my office doing some work if you or anybody else needs me” Serenity says “ok doing more paper work” Lucy says “something like that” Lucy goes into her office starts her computer up and pulls up Microsoft office and types up in bold letters so it can be seen and not over looked

After lunch Lucy helps out making coffee and muffins and serving the customers as Serenity types up her résumé and puts it in the drop box. Its time to close up the coffee shop and clean up Serenity helps Lucy turn everything off and close up for the day. They finish Lucy says “bye serenity I’ll see you tomorrow” Serenity says “yeah see you tomorrow and good luck choosing a manager” as serenity leaves Cole comes in to pick Lucy up he gives her a kiss and hug. He says “you ready to go” she says “almost I have to get some résumé’s out of my drop box” she goes over to her office and gets everything out of her drop box Cole and her walk out of the coffee shop she locks it up they get into the truck and drive back to the ranch. On the way back to Cole’s ranch he asks “so did you have a good day today” she says “it was ok it could have been worse I got a lot of people interested in the management position so I think I’ll have a manger soon so I won’t have to come in that much how about you did you have a good day?” he says “that’s good then we can spend more time together yeah my day was pretty good I did my chores and was working on breaking in a horse”

They get to the ranch and go inside Lucy goes up to Cole’s room and changes into a pair of jeans and a T-shirt she goes back downstairs and collapses on the couch where Cole is. He says “you look like you had a hard day of working” she says “yeah I did a lot of paper work today then the normal stuff I do everyday in that place” he goes over and sit on the little table that in front of the couch and grabs Lucy’s foot and gives her a foot massage she says “oh that feel really good” he says “well if you like my foot massage you’ll love my back massage with oils” she says “Ooh do I get one of those after the foot massage” he says “sure I’d love to give you one of those then after we can have alittle fun.” she look at him and he has a big grin on his face and she just smiles at him and says “maybe” in a teasing manner.
