Summer in Jamaica Chapter 2

Chapter 2

So they get a table and sit and talk Seth says I’d like to get to know you better and Jessica replies I would like to get to know you too. Then she says how about we have dinner together tomorrow night say 6 PM he says sure I’d like that just you and me. As Seth and Jessica are talking about having dinner together tomorrow night Emily and Jack are talking about having dinner together tomorrow night too. They all dance until maybe 10 or 11 PM. The guys take the girls back home and escort them to the door and Seth says Jessica I’ll see you tomorrow at 6PM. Jack says to Emily I’ll see you tomorrow night at 7PM they all say good night to each other.

The girls walk into the living room and set down Jessica says that was a great night Emily says yeah it was and we even have dates tomorrow night. Emily asks so you going to go out to dinner yeah why Emily says ok cause I was wanting to make Jack dinner you know just the two of us so could get to know each other. Jessica says well Seth and I wasn’t going to join you cause I wanted to have a dinner for two. Emily laughs so you were thinking the same thing I was Jessica laughs and says yes. The next morning when Jessica woke up she got dressed in her running clothes she was running along the beach when Seth came running up beside her. He said hey mind if I join you she said sure they ran for awhile then Seth asked her you want to race. they raced up the beach and he let Jessica win then they slowed to a walk and collapsed on the beach.

Seth said would it be alright if I walked you to your house Jessica said yeah it’s alright with me on the way back to her house they talked alittle about everything. It was like talking to someone she’d known for years. They were on the front porch Seth asked her would it be alright if I kissed you? But instead of answering she just leaned over and kissed him. She said I’ll see you tonight at 6Pm. When she walked into the house she was glowing and Emily had just woke up she said looks like someone had a good morning.

Jessica said yes it was a wonderful morning Jessica said I’ll see you in a bit I’m going to go take a shower then she said I’ll make breakfast after I get out ok. Emily said you don’t have to I can make breakfast if you want we’ll figure it out when I get back ok and Emily said ok. Jessica came back from her shower she was dressed in shorts and a spaghetti strip shirt. She said so who gonna cook Emily said I will how about I make eggs and sausage and biscuits and gray. Jessica said sounds good to me. During breakfast Emily asked Jessica so what are you and Seth doing tonight she said I don’t know yet then Jessica said what are you and Jack doing tonight? She said I’m not sure yet either but you never know. Its 4PM Jessica Said Emily will you help me figure out what to wear tonight. Emily came into Jessica’s room and helped her pick out an outfit she thought would look nice Jessica said thank you. Then she said so do you need any help picking out your outfit.

Emily said no I got it covered but thanks for offering. It was almost 6PM and the doorbell rings Jessica shouts I’ll get it. She answers the door and she’s Seth and Jack both looking good. Seth was hanging open when he saw Jessica she was wearing a pretty sundress with a shawl wrapped around her shoulders and her hair in a updo with some curls hanging loose. Jessica says Jack aren’t you an hour early he said I thought I’d go ahead and come since Seth was on his way over here anyway. Jessica said well I’ll go get Emily she knocks on Emily’s door Emily says come in. Jessica walks in her room she says well the guys are here and Seth and I are going to be leaving. Emily says but his an hour early I’m still not quite ready Jessica says while on my way out I’ll tell him your not quite ready and Emily said ok. She walks out and back to where the guys are and tells Jack She’s not quite ready yet but she’ll be out in a few. Then she turns to Seth and says well I’m ready to go. By the way where are we going? He says it a surprise I wouldn’t want to ruin it for you.

Jack turns on the radio in the living room and then Emily walks in the room. She’s wearing a black skirt with a slit up on one side and a black tank top with her hair down and curly. Jack says wow you look great then he says so what are we doing tonight? Then Emily says well I’m going to make us dinner then after that we could watch a movie or something that is if you want to. Jack says yeah that sounds great Seth pulls into a parking lot to a fancy restaurant and Jessica says wow isn’t this alittle expensive he says its not as high as it look but its good.
