Hi my name is Mindy. I am 18 years old and live in VA. I have been talking to Bob for 3 years now over the computer. We met in a chat room. He lives in the UK.  We have always dreamed of meeting each other but never though it would happen.

BACK TO REALITY.

“AHHHHHHHHH” I scream into my phone as I talk to my friend Sarah. I had just told her about my chance of meeting bob. I couldn’t be more excited. She laughed at the other end of the phone. “A When will you be home” I ask her. We lived together as roommates.  “A couple of hours I think shouldn’t be to long”. We ended are talk there. I knew she rather spend time with her boy of the week then talk on the phone.

Later that day I got online to see Bob was on. I couldn’t hide the smile on my face. Not that I wanted to anyway. We talked for a couple of hours when he finally told me what city he would be in. I couldn’t believe it he would be in my city and right down the street. So we decide it was finally time for us to meet. I told him to call me when he arrived. That would be about a week. I had a felling time was going to very slow on my time.

When Sarah arrived home I gave her all the info. She agreed to come with me so I wouldn’t be alone. She is such a great friend. As I had guessed time want very slowly. One week felt like 5 years to me at least.  Finally early one morning I got a phone call but didn’t know the number. I almost didn’t answer it. I had forgotten about the whole thing. For a few sec anyway. I new it was him as soon as I heard his voice even though I had never heard his voice before.

“Hello” I answered in a shaky voice.

“Hi” “a long silent paused came afterwards “It’s Bob”
