Marina was of a different sort. She has always felt so confinded within the four walls of her home. She always wanted to be somewhere else. That night, as  the fog had slowly rolled in, she wanted to be free of the closure and as far away from here as possible.

    She had taken the path many times in the past, but never at night. The dirtened trail was barely visable beneath her feet. She felt safe having traveled this path, yet goosebumps continuely flooded her arms. She assumed it was the chilly wind brushing against her unprotected body.

    The creseant moon shone through the thickened trees as she sat upon a barren rock. The resting point would be her favorite among her adventures before, so she decided to stop at this particular resting point. The rustling of the leaves did not calm her of her fears as she sat down, but the openness let her finally be free of her worries.

   The time ticked by, and as the moon suddenly disapeared behind a vast of trees, Marina knew she should return to her closed home, but she did not want to. She relucntantly gathered herself emotionally for the walk home. She briskly stood to stretch when a cold voice beckoned from behind and old oak tree.

"I've been watching you"

Marina felt a rush of shudders spring up her arm. She turned to run when the voice boldly announce,"There's no where to go, I know where you live. You will be found."

    She felt her eyes burn as she finally figured out what her future was going to hold for her. She jolted around only to come face to face to her kidnapper. A covered hand sweep across her face as she tried to let out a faint scream, but what would be the point, no one would be in any distance to hear her anyway....
