Memories ch. 19

I turned around and who else but Richey was walking on the roof right next to the broken flower ladder. I wasn’t in the mood for him, last time I talked to him I had hit him in the spot.

"Um, hi Sam, I guess you were right I shouldn’t of climbed your dad’s flower ladder," he had his cute little smile on but I wasn’t going to give in that easy.

"I told you not to but you didn’t listen to me," I wasn’t smiling.

"Will you forgive me" he asked still smiling.

"No," I said just finishing packing my bags.

"Please Sam, Im really sorry for everything."

"No your not"

"Sam I really am, believe me, I didn’t mean to tell Abby no for you and I didn’t mean to hurt you when I grabbed your arm, and..."

I stopped him there. I didn’t let him finish.

"You know you meant to hurt me because you squeezed harder when I told you to let go and you took my phone out of my hands and your always making everything worse." He was really silent, then he took in a sigh and sat down on my bed. I knew he didn’t have anything to say to that, he knew it was true, ever since we got together it has been fights and yelling. Before that we were really good friends who almost never fought. He was so nice and kind and he wasn’t always in my space or business. I missed being just friends.

"Your right Sam, but Im truly sorry can you please forgive me just this once, please?" He looked right at me while he said that to me and he looked really scared for my answer. Just then my Dad called me down and told me to hurry up. I looked back at Richey and he was looking down.

I walked up to him and sat down beside him, "Okay but just this once," I smiled and he picked up his head and looked at me. He had the big smile on again.

"O my god Sam, don’t do that to me, you almost gave me a heart attack." I laughed at him.

"Hey it’s not funny, don’t laugh at me." I only laughed harder, I couldn’t help it. He tickled my sides which made me laugh even more.

"Richey (laugh) stop (laugh)." He tickled me a couple more times and then stopped. I caught my breath. "Finally," I said and started tickling him, how easy the tables turn. He fell off my bed and on to the floor, I was still tickling him, "Pay back" I said laughing at him.

"SAM!!!, Hurry up!! Were going to be late," my dad called again. Man, while I was forgiving Richey I forgot about going to Hawaii, I was now frowning. Richey got back up.

"Late for what, where are you going?" I didn’t answer just picked up my bag and headed for the door. He grabbed my hand a pulled back. "Sam, com on, answer me, where are you going?" I turned around and looked at him.

"Hawaii," I said really low.

"Hawaii, why?"

"Well my dad wanted to go on a vacation and so he could also look for a job maybe in Hawaii and I was mad at you so I wanted to leave as soon as I could"

"For how long will you be in Hawaii?"

"2 weeks."

He looked like he was going to cry, I felt really bad.

"Do you still wanna be away from me?"
