When she tripped and fell down a few stairs landing on her butt. The next thing she knew he was right in front of her.

"Are you ok." he asked his voice a had a little worry in it.

"Umm...yes I am fine. Thank you for your concern." she replied curtly. Her face was red from the embarresment.

"After breakfeast I'll tell you why your here Miss." he then offered her his hand to help her get up.

"Thank you." with saying that she took the hand offered and got up. She was fairly happy that she would soon find out why she was here.

So she followed him into a beautiful kitchen. Filled with all different kinds of pots and pans and other objects. She smelled pancakes, toast, coffee, tea, and an array of sausage.

She got some tea and some toast with grape jelly. They all ate in awkward quiteness. After the quite breakfeast he motioned he to follow him. She again went thru a fairly good amount of alaberate corridoors. Finally he stopped and went into what looked like a study.

"Sit if you please." he said quitelly. So Madison sat down in a chair that was right in front of his wood desk.

"Ok." she was now really suspicous.

"Before either of us was alive our fathers struke a deal. My father gave your father a quater of land in exchange for your father's first daughter,you,a hand in marriage to the oldest of his sons,me. So that is why you thought you were kidnapped. But really you are just fufilling your destiny. And now to ansewer your question of why I can read your mind. The reason is that my family is...."
