Chapter 1
Alice was 8 months into her pregnancy. Tim and Alice were so happy they were going to have their first child together and their first child ever. Alice was having a great time being pregnant. She never had morning sickness, never aching, and even never mood swings. They both called it the perfect pregnancy. When it was one week before she was going to have the child they would go and get checked up like everyday. Their doctor, Dr. Tortel asked them if they wanted to see the gender of the baby. But they insisted it to be a surprise. When it finally came to giving birth she had to choose if she wanted to have the baby on the bed or in the tub. She chose the tub. While she gave birth Tim passed out! But towards the end he woke up and got to cut the umbilical cord. It was a girl! They hadn’t chosen a name before hand since they wanted it to be a surprise. But the first name that popped into both of their heads was Annabelle. So it was final her full name was Annabelle Marie Lane.
Chapter 2
Dr. Tortel told Alice and Tim that they needed to take Annabelle into a different room so they could do some blood test to make sure every thing was ok. Alice really didn’t want her baby girl to leave her sight since she just had her and she also thought it was not fair that she only got to see her baby girl for 7 minutes. But after 8 minutes came up she finally let Dr. Tortel take Annabelle to the other room. While Annabelle was being tested Alice and Tim had to fill out paper work and then got some rest. After 5 hours and 49 minutes they woke up and still no sign of Annabelle. So they thought they didn’t want to wake them up so they waited. After 20 minutes went by Alice started to freak out so she screamed for a nurse or doctor to get in the room immediately! When a nurse came in she asked Alice what was wrong. Alice started yelling and asking where her baby was. The nurse told her that she needed to calm down and she would go check up on the baby. So Alice calmed down and Alice and Tim accidentally dosed off again.
Chapter 3
When Alice and Tim woke up they saw a note on the table next to the bed. Alice read it out loud and this is what it said:Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lane
I am very awfully sorry for what I am going to tell you in this letter. I don’t know how it happened or why it happened but some how Annabelle is missing. I am very sorry for this tragedy. I understand if you want to sew the hospital and me. If there is any thing and I mean anything I or anybody here can do for you just let us know. We owe you anything in the world. I am very truly honestly sorry for this incident. - Dr. Tortel Alice just broke down in tears while Tim was angry. Alice called down Dr. Tortel and just yelled at him for 20 minutes strait. She said she was going to call the cops but Dr. Tortel said that wouldn’t’ be a good idea. So after Dr. Tortel left the room Alice called the cops and told them what had happened. The officer said they would be down at the hospital as soon as they could. When they got to the hospital they went strait up to Alice’s room. Alice handed them the note that they received a little bit ago by Dr. Tortel. Officer Marten was shocked on what had happened. So he called in 5 more officers and told them to check all the rooms. While they were checking the rooms Alice, Tim, and Officer Marten went to the surveillance room to see if they could see anyone take her. But there was no luck. But then all of a sudden Tim noticed that the tape to Dr. Tortel’s room was missing. So they thought that seemed suspicious so they went down to his room and when they went to open the door it was locked.Chapter 4
They called down Dr. Tortel to come down to his office. When he finally got there he wouldn’t open the door. Officer Marten commanded him to open the door at that moment or he would take him to jail. So after arguing for 13 minutes Dr. Tortel opened the door. They went and searched the whole room. But nothing. But then they saw that where the bookcase was, was a door. So 3 officers moved the bookcase and they saw a closet. They opened it up and saw a blanket on top of a box so they moved the blanket and opened the box and there was Annabelle. She was almost dead. They flew her to the nearest hospital and after 3 weeks of Annabelle in the hospital she recovered. Alice, Tim, and Annabelle are living a great life in South Dakota. They sewed Dr. Tortel and the hospital for half of a million dollars. Dr. Trotel is in prison and will be there for the rest of his long and lonely life. Annabelle is now six and is one of top smartest kids in her class.Chapter 5
So now you can see why you should always say, “I love you,” to someone you love everyday because it could be the first or last time you will ever get to. Always say you care about your family even if you don’t get along with them cause if something happened to you they would miss you so very much and if something happened to them you would miss them so very very much. So just remember always let your friends and family members know you love and care about them so very much.
