One morning Jamie, Sarah, and Cameron went to town to get some things that they needed for school. “Where should we go?” Cameron asked. “I don’t know,” Jamie exclaimed, “There’s not really anything here.” Cameron looked around and eventually found a video game store, and in an instant he was gone. “We will never see him again,” Sarah sarcastically muttered as she watched Cameron run through the doors of the old, smelly store. “Hey, what is that?” Jamie asked as she looked at an old, brick building sitting not too far from where they stood. “I don’t know, lets go see,” Sarah said as she ran up to the building. Sarah and Jamie walked in to the old building that seemed to be an old library. “Wow, it’s amazing in here,” Jamie said looking around. “Yeah,” Sarah agreed as she looked at some old books. “Wow look at this book,” Sarah said as she looked at a pretty, big looking book. “Don’t touch that,” a voice said behind her. Jamie screamed. “O my gosh, you scared me, wait who are you?” Jamie asked. “I am Mr. Lindon, the owner of this library,” the man said as he snatched the book from Sarah’s hands. “Hey, I wanted that,” Sarah exclaimed. “No, this book may not be taken by anybody, and that means you,” Mr. Lindon said in an angry voice. “Ok,” Sarah said. “Now how about we go and find you a book that you may be interested in ok,” Mr. Lindon said as he walked off. “Ok,” Sarah repeated. Mr. Lindon walked off into a distant dark room. Jamie and Sarah looked at each other and Jamie grabbed the book and ran out the doors of the library. Mr. Lindon came back and nobody was there. “Very smart,” Mr. Lindon said to himself. When Jamie got to her apartment, it was very late, so she climbed into her bed and started reading the book to see what the big deal was about After about one hour of reading Jamie found nothing, and just dosed off. Jamie woke up at 4:00am and went to the bathroom but she didn’t notice that the book which was right in front of her. Jamie went back to sleep by 4:05am. The next day Sarah and Cameron banged on Jamie’s door but she didn’t answer. So they got it open with the key that they discovered under the mat. They walked in, Sarah screamed, and came to find Jamie lying on the bed dead, and all scratched up Sarah and Cameron called the police and they told them everything they saw. The police came and cleaned up the crime seen. But as for Sarah and Cameron they never saw Mr. Lindon or that book store ever again. Until one night Sarah woke up to find the book laying or her desk.
