Arriving early to Out Place, I sat in my Pink bikini letting the waves splash me in the face. I decided to go for a swim, but decided to wait for Ethan. I lay there letting the sun kiss my already tan skin, and the wind flow my long blonde hair around in the wind. I saw myself as a desperate romantic, hungary for it more than ever.

A different person, a free spirit who saw things more colorful than others. I lay their looking at the sky letting the white clouds tell me a story. Hearing footsteps on the rocks. I looked up seeing Ethan standing on the rocks in his Blue and Orange swim shorts. I stood up feeling my heart flutter as I saw him. Butterflies constantly flew through me every time I saw him.

I stood up and looked at him. Running over to me I began running too, until he scooped me up into his arms my legs wrapping around his waist. He kissed me passionately for what seemed like forever. Looking at me he asked if I wanted to serf. I loved surfing it was my favorite thing to do. It was letting life go, it was you and the wave, letting nature take you for a ride. 

I got a thrill out of every minute of it. I told him I hadn’t brought my board, but he said that we could go get it. As he picked his bike up and rolled it through the sand until we got to the steps. Rolling it up the steps until it reached the top. Hopping on the back of the bike where his pegs were I held on as he biked us to my house. When we got there though things seemed to change. 

I was hungary and so was he. My mother was cooking Fajitas and asked him if he would like to stay for dinner, he accepted. We walked up to my room and I took him to my roof. Sitting their together we talked about my old boyfriends, our child hood. Everything.  Next thing I knew we were in a sill teen game of tell me your deepest darkest secret. 

Laughing I told him he already knew mine and it had to do with his bath tub. Smiling he replied “well tell me your deepest most inner thought”. Blushing at this I hesitated. “Come on I wont judge you”, he begged me with his convincing eyes. This made me smile. Thinking deeply I told him that I felt like a deep romantic, somebody who was in love and was afraid to tell them. Looking at me his face was shocked. 

He asked me who I loved. “I think that’s obvious” I replied to him. Now looking down at my shingles. He slipped a kiss on my cheek as he told me “he loved me too”. 

Everything seemed perfect. I had everything I had ever wanted. y home, my family, and the love of my life. All together with me tonight. How perfect everything seemed was a very dangerous thing. Perfection didn’t seem to be wanting to stick around that long, I would find that out soon enough.
