A Taste Of Life Under Heaven ch 4- Date: June 2nd (Saturday)

     That night, after Ryan left, Spencer and AJ started to listen to CD's. They were jumping around and singing to all the songs. After about five CD's they decided to sit down and watch a movie. At around 11PM, they both had fallen asleep on the couch...

     ---The next morning---

     "Hungh? What's that?" AJ said groggy while she looked for what was beeping, "Oh my cell-," she flipped open her phone. She had a text message from... Ryan. She smiled and read it:

     Ryan: Hey. I promised didnt i?

     AJ: Im gld u did :)

     Ryan: Whts spenc duin?

     AJ: Slpn

     Ryan: Ha. Figurs

     AJ: Yep

     Ryan: U duin ne thing 2day?

     AJ: No. Y?

     Ryan: Just wntd 2 kno if u wntd 2 cum ovr

     AJ: Yeah. I can. Spenc wuld 2 2. I have no clu were u live =P

     Ryan: Lol. No prob. 3 sound gud?

     AJ: No erlir?

     Ryan: Fine. Wen evr u want

     AJ: K ^^. Well ima go. Spenc got up.

     Ryan: K. Bye. Cya

     AJ: Yep. Ill call you wen i find out wat time

     Ryan: Cool w/ me

     Aj hung up the phone and set it on the table, "Mornin` Sir Sleepy Head!"

     "Well that sounds familiar," Spencer said as he stood up.

     "Get ready. We're going over Ryan's"

     "Oh really? So that's who you were texting?"

     "Yep," AJ flashed a huge grin.

     "What time is it?" Spencer said as he ruffled his hair.

     AJ glanced at her cell phone, "Presicly 11:09."

     "Cool. I'm going to get dressed," Spencer said as he started up the stairs.

     "Yeah, I'ma do that too. Be back in a few," AJ said as she opened the front door.

     "Kay, see ya."

     When Spencer came down he stairs, he saw AJ on the couch (in the same clothes) watching TV.

     "What happened?" Spencer asked as he sat down next to AJ

     "Locked out of the house. Mom's not home ether," AJ gave the answer like a list.

     "Ugh. Oh, you have a pair of your jeans here and you can borrow one of my shirts," Spencer said as he stood up again.

     "Really? Cool!" AY really didn't care of looking cute. She was more of a tomboy, but if she could look cute, she would.

     "Yep. Follow me," and he walked back up the stairs.

     When Spencer saw AJ come down the stairs, she was on her cell.

     "Yeah...We'll be over in a little... Kay. Bye Ryan."

     "Special," Spencer said when she hung up.

     "What?"

     "Nothing. Let's go."

     "Good idea," AJ jumped the last step and ran towards the door, but on her way she tripped on a chair and almost fell over, "I MENT TO DO THAT!"

     "Sure..."

     ---Ryan's house---

     "This is it," Spencer said as he walked down the driveway.

     "Nice house."
     When they got to the porch, Ryan stepped out, "C`mon we can't be here," Ryan said after he softly closed the door.

     "Dad?" Spencer asked.

     "Yep."

     "Hungh?" Aj looked from Ryan to Spencer for an answer.

     "I'll explain later," Ryan said as he pushed AJ and Spencer towards the street.

     ***Spencer's cell rings***

     "Damn. Hold on," he pulled out his cell, "Hello... You're home early... Ah. OK... What?! I just got here!... Jesi's there?... They can't?... Ugh. Fine I'll be there... Yes, soon," after he hung up he said, "Sorry guys, I gotta go. According to my mom, Jesi and her parents are at home."

     "We can't come?" Aj asked when he was done.

     "No..."

     "Damn. Guess it's just me and AJ," Ryan looked at her and smiled

     "Well I have to get there quick, bye. Have fun you two," he gave AJ an 'Aren't you lucky?' look.

     "Bye," Ryan And AJ said in unison.

     Once Spencer was down the street, Ryan turned to AJ and said, "So where do you want to go?"

     "Hmmmm... park?"

     "Sure."

     They started to walk to the park and 20 seconds later, they were walking hand in hand. AJ just looked at Ryan and smiled. He returned the favor.
