A little fun and catching up with old friends

“Jackal where’s Serenity?” timber asks.

“ I think at the lake.”

“okay.”

“why?”

“I want to go running is that alright?”

“yes, just make sure your back in time for today’s session. You are fighting Blake from California.”

“okay. Well I’m off.” timber says taking off running.

“hey Serenity!”

“hey Ti! What’s up?”

“nothing. Good weather for hiking and running want to go?”

“yeah sounds fun. Let’s go ask Lauren, Andre’, Micheal, and Eddie!”

“Yeah!”

They take off and soon five of them are off. And they are running freely with out a care. And they come across as stream.

“hey guys let’s stop and get some water.”

“yeah and while you guys are resting I’ll go rustle up some grub.”

“please don’t bring back any bugs this time Eddie!” Lauren says.

“hey! I haven’t done that since we were kids.” Eddie yells.

“well I’m going with you Ed.” Andre’ says as she walks towards him.

“okay we’ll be here catching up.” Timber calls

“okay be back in about fifteen.”

“so serenity how have you been? I mean since Selene split us up.”

“oh well, I’m actually doing much better not as much stress and I’m not completely wiped out after every practice, and Kevin doesn’t make me fight in the underground. He doesn’t believe in it.”

“and Ti so I’ve heard you are dating the Gerard Way. Is that a rumor or is it true?” Michael asks

“no it’s true. We go to the same school, I go to his band practices, go to the movies, and I live with him.”

“Selene is okay with that?”

“she couldn’t do much about it.”

“oh.”

“well Michael how are you?”

“well I quit smoking, and I’m getting help for drugs.”

“when did you do drugs and smoke?”

“let’s just say I’ve had a rough summer.”

“well I’m glad you are getting better.”

“thanks.”

Eddie and Andre’ come back giggling with arm full of various nuts and berries a rare find this time of year.

“so have you two made it official yet?” Timber asks

“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Andre’ says blushing

“oh come on its so obvious! It not like you can hide it you can smell it from a mile away…” serenity says

“okay so we are dating among other things, and we are planning to announce the engagement but we can’t do so until you are mated and then we have to go to James and get permission who then must get permission from you. You know how it works Ti.” Eddie says.

“well you have my permission I will sign the papers. You know we can skip a lot of the red tape, when we get back inform James that I would like to call a meeting you two must attend Serenity and Michael, I wish you to attend as well. Selene is needed as well and that is why I want you Michael to go and find her when we get back.”

“okay but don’t you have a match to fight? Blake from California.”

“yes but pack business comes before training any day.”

“okay well can we eat yet?” Michael wines.

“yes eat.”

They eat and laugh and sit and soak up the sun for almost an hour then they begin their hike back to camp.
