Mom, I'm sorry i have been keep this from you. Katie said. Keeping what from me honey. Katie turn backed to Casey and whispered, "I can't do it" Yes you can remember I'll be by yourside, and you know I'll take your hand. Mom, I'm sorry that I've kept this from you. I have been cutting myself to reless stress and pain. Katies Mom looked at Katie. How long have you been doing this? Katie looked at the ground and said, "four years." Why didn't you come and talked to me about youre problems Katie. I didn't think no one will understand. Kaite said while she had tears coming down her face.

     Don't worry Katie we will get you te help you need. Katies Mom said. Katie? Yeah? Can I see the scars? Katie grabed her sleve and paused and then pulled it up. Katies Mom stood there and shock. Katies Mom ran her hand upa dn down Kaites scars. Some were deep and some were wide. Kaite and her Mom huged each other for what seemed like forever.

     Katies mom made a few phone calls and it was all planed out. Katie and Casey were upstairs talking to each other. Casey wanted to know a little more abot Katies past life. So what ever happened to your dad? Casey asked. He was an abusive drunk who wouldn't control his drinking. Thats another reason why I started to cut. Katie? Katies Mom called her from downstairs. Casey and Katie walked downstairs. Yeah Mom? Katie said. It's all planed out. Yu are going to go to  a hospital and you are going to stay there for a few weeks and you will attend a group meeting there.

     Katie was ok with the idea and her and Casey went up to get her suitcase packed. The next day, Casey, Katie, and Katie's Mom drove to the hospital. Casey and Katie were in the back seat talking. Casey? Yeah Katie? I'm a little scard. Casey reached into Katie's bag and gave to Katie. I was goign to wait to suprize you but i wanted to give it to you now. it was a picture of them when they went on a trip together. Katie just  looked at it and ran her fringers over the picture and looked at Casey and said as she was crying, thanks for being such a a great friend. They gave each other a hug. Katies Mom looked in the mirror and she smiled and continued to drive,

     They reached the hospital an hour later. Where here Kaites Mom said. Everyone got out. Katie stood there and looka at the hospital. Kaite? Casey said. Are ok? Yeah Katie said. They made there way through the hospital doors and to the front desk. Casey and Katie both went to have a seat. Katies mom was at the front desk and said, yes, my daughter Kaite is here. Ok , the deskclerek said. The doctor will be you any minute.

     Casey was sitting next to Katie and Kaite looked a little scard and sad about this. Casey said the lyrics to her favorite song to Katie

Katie looked up at Casey with a smile and a tear going down her face. Katie's Mom wanted to talked to Casey for a minute. Kaite's Mom wanted to thank Casey for being such a great friend and helping her daughter through this. Kaites mom gave Casey a hug. Casy walked back to Katie and sat down. Hello I'm Dr. Steve and you must be Katie. katie said yea and shaked his hand. The doctor talked to Kaite's Mom and Casey. the doctor told Casey it ws a great thing that you broght your friend here. Once all was send and done Katie's mom and  Casey gave Katie a hug good bye and they were off.

     Katie sttod in the door way watching Casey and her Mom drive off. The doctor put his hand on her sholder and said, it's ok we will give you the help you need. They walked off into a room and they srated to talked. So Katie, tell me about you're life.....
