By now the sun was setting... There were so many different shades of oranges, reds an yellows all mixing with each other. I was so happy here in George’s arms.
I was almost dozing off when I heard someone on a loud speaker phone just outside the car.
I quickly sat up and looked out the driver’s side door window. I saw about 14 cops standing out there all armed with double barrel shot guns an a couple 9mm’s.
George was asleep an I was confused “why would they be this heavily armed to capture a drug dealer?” I thought to myself.
“George wake up da 5 0 iz out there”
“Wut?”
“Da fukin cops are out there with fukin guns an all!”
“Wut dey wont?”
“Duh you!”
Then 2 cops came through the back window that was right at the back, They tried dragging me away from George but they couldn’t he was holding onto me an I wasn’t going anywhere. Then George picked up a gun that was at the side of his seat and put it to my head.
I realised what he was doing but I still didn’t feel comfortable with a gun to my head. I let out a scream, and then the 2 cops backed off and got out the car.
“Wut are you doin?!?”
“Diz is da only way we getting out of here”
He started the car and reversed it into 2 cop cars and took off down the road.
“Where we goin go?”
“I got a place we can go for a while”
“Why are they after you?”
“Ya no how I said I took care of some stuff for Omar?”
“Yea”
“Well it wasn’t as simple as that... I popped a couple of snitches dat ratted him out to da 5 0...”
I was really freaked out that he could actually kill someone. He could tell I was scared, he put the gun away and kissed me. I smiled a very unbelievable smile an I could tell he regretted killing them. I moved back closer the him. I know he wouldn’t do anything to harm me...
“I love you... ya no I do right?” he said
“yea I no you do... I love you too...”
~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*~~*We had been driving for hours. I was still lying in Georges arms half awake and half asleep, when we finally stoped. George brushed his thumb across my cheek. I moaned and smiled an woke up.
“where are we?”
“long island...”
“oh what time is it?”
“uhhh bout 3am”
“I’m really tired...”
“yea I’m tired to... letz go inside”
“inside where?”
“there’s a cottage I brought a month ago behind the trees”
“oh ok”
So we got out the hummer an walked up past about 8 trees and found the cottage. George opened the door. It was beautiful inside like a 5 star hotel. I was so tired I started to fall asleep and nearly fell to the ground but George caught me. He picked me up and carried me to a bedroom he laid me down and covered me with the blankets then he turned around and went to leave the room.
“Where are you going to sleep?”
He turned around in surprise.
“Uhh probably on the sofa...”
“Why don’t you sleep in here?”
“Uhh I didn’t know I could”
“Of course you can”
He smiled and walked back over to the bed and got in. He kissed me forehead and then my lips. I started falling asleep again and so did George.
