Aria’s P.O.V.
    He’s an idiot. No, maybe I’m an idiot. Maybe we’re both idiots, that’s why we’re perfect together. Wait, no. We’re not together. There is no us. And now my phone is ringing. Oh God, oh no! It’s him; I can hear It Just Comes Natural by George Strait. Should I answer it?!
    Oh shit, I take so long thinking that it goes straight to voicemail! Okay, now what? Oh! I pick up the phone and dial the number for my voicemail.
    “Aria, it’s Jack. I… I really miss you. I need to talk to you. I l-” The voicemail stopped there. Fuck. Why me?! How can this be happening?

Jack’s P.O.V.
    “I love you.” Damn it! The stupid voicemail filled up. I knew I shouldn’t have taken so long, I just didn’t know if I should’ve said it. I should’ve said it. I love her. Oh my God, if my friends could hear me, they’d kill me! Calm down, Jack. She’s just a girl. Just a girl?! What are you thinking?! Stupid!
    Maybe she’ll call back. Or she’s freaked out. Either or. I’m an idiot. How did I let this happen? What did I do wrong?! Girls need to chill. I need to chill. What am I talking about? I’m going to sleep.
