"So whats been going on in your life" asked Kim curious to know

"Oh nothing really. I had a fiance" said Nick

"Really?" Kim asked a bit sad

"Yes but she died in a car accident" Nick said forming tears in his eyes.

"Oh Nick I am so sorry" said kim putting her hand on his

"Its ok i'll be ok" said Nick wipping away his tears

There was an akward moment of silence until Nick spoke up.

Kim there's something i've been wanting to tell you since we were little" said Nick

"Whats is it" Kim asked a bit confused

"I love you" Nick blurted out

Kim opened her mouth and just sat there.

"Um Kim are you still there" asked Nick

"oh a yeah" said Kim getting back to reality

"Well" said Nick

"oh um yeah" Kim said clearing her throat "You know how many years I have waited for you to say that"  Kim said smiling

Nick softly laughed. "I'll take that as a I love you too"

3 months later

"Nick where are we going" asked Kim

"You'll see" said Nick

He took her to the beach.

"Now look up" he told her

Kim looked up and there written in the sky was a question. It said Kim will you marry me?

 Kim looked doen and there was Nick kneling down on one knee holding a ring with a big diamond in the middle.
