“Come on, you can't stay here” Jack helped me to my feet and we walked in silence to his house. I remember thinking it wasn't as I had expected. I always thought he was a bit rough but he isn't at all. His house was actually quite posh. We went in and he got me drink.

“Vodka or vodka?” He asked.

“Vodka it is” I replied with a slight giggle.

He came over with my drink and the bottle and I downed it in one. I didn't care anymore, I wanted to drink everything away. I must have drank loads that night.

“You are going to regret this in the morning” Jack said to me.

“Nooooo I won't” I giggled and slurred my words “Just like I won't regret doing this”

I leaned over and kissed him at first softly, then harder. But he stopped.

“I can't do this, you'll regret it and run back off to Sam and I can't”

I told him that it was over between me and Sam. I text Sam while he was there telling him it was over. I was sobering up a little bit and I still felt that this was the right thing to be doing. Leaning over him I kissed him again. This time he didn't pull away. It was perfect, his lips were so soft and he kissed with just the right amount of pressure. The kiss seemed to last for ages but I loved every second. He stopped kissing me and just held me so closely to his chest. His heart was beating fast, I could feel it through his shirt.

We lay cuddled up on the sofa for what seemed like hours. I finally decided that I better go home. I needed to just be on my own and get my head around everything that had happened. I was still angry and upset inside about Sam but I had Jack and he was so much nicer to me this afternoon than Sam ever was.
