  At hearing his name, Nick stiffened under my hand. I tried to remove my hand from his face, but his hand came up, and covered mine. My heart was beating so fast, I thought it was going to beat out of my chest. Nick bent down, and kissed my forehead.

  "You need to get your rest. I'll see you later," Nick said while releasing my hand. He started to walk out of my room.

  "Wait, Nick," I called after him. He turned, and looked at me. I saw a look of confusion on his face.

  "Nick, this might sound weird, but....um....could you stay here with me, until I fall asleep?" I asked awkwardly. He looked at me for a long time. He just stared straight into my eyes, for what seemed like forever.

  "Sure Serenity," He said. Then he walked over to the bed. I thought he was just going to sit in the chair by the bed, but I was shocked when he started to get into the bed beside me.

  He wrapped his arm around my shoulder, and leaned his head against mine. We sat there for awhile until I started to get tired. Nick moved from laying beside me to sitting on the bed next to me, so I could sleep.

  "Nick?" I asked.

  "Yes," He responed.

  "How did you get into my room?" I asked. I felt him stiffen beside me.

  "Not now," He said. "I'll explain later, I promise."

  I nodded my head in agreement. I was about to fall asleep when I felt Nick's lips on mine. It was short, but oh so sweet. Nick moved his lips from mine to my ears.

  "I love you, Serenity," He whispered in my ears. At hearing those words my heart soared.

  "I love you, too," I whispered back.

  Oh great, I just confessed to a guy that I met a week ago that I am in love with him. Well I can't wait to see how this'll turn out, Was my last thought before everything went black.
