  It's the last day of school before summer andI sit in my seat all alone. There are only a few other people on. But they are in the front of the bus.The only other person back here is Justin. I remember likeing him for a while.

"Hey Rose, how ya doin?" he asks.

"Fine, you?"i reply.

"Could be better," he shrugs. We tlk aout random things for a while then he pops the big question.

"Have you ever been kissed before?"

"no." i say sadly. It was true, i had never been kissed in my life.

" I know this is gonna sound a little weird, but, didn't you like me last year or something?" he asks, My heart pounds a little faster.

"Yeah, i kinda do this year too."  He looks down.

"why would you like me anyway, i'm no....." i cut him off.

"Why wouldn't I. your funny and at times sweet, and really perverted. plus your kinda cute." My mouth must have been talking at 100 miles an hour because i couldn't stop. "Why do you ask?"

"Well you know, i've kinda liked you for a while" his voice trails off.  "Hey, would you care if i sat with you?"

"No, i don't care." i rely movind my backpack onto the floor. Justin walks over and sits beside me. WE have a very acward silense. My mind is raceing, i can't figure out whats gonna happen next.

"Rose?" he asks.I look over at him. "how old are you this year?"

"13, how old are you?" i ask.

"I'm 16." he replys. " Hey, look, i know since you haven't had your first kiss, and we like each other, Is it ok if i'm your first kiss?"

How are you supposed to react to a question. "Sure,"

He leans over and kisses my cheak. I kiss j=his beack. He smiles. Then he holds my tiny hands and we begin to kiss on the lips. I pull back. 

"Whats wrong? he asks.

"I'm just a little nervous, thats all." 

"Here, just close you eyes ok?" he says as he moves in closer, i feel his lips brush against mine. Then we kiss again for what felt like an hour. My heart is beating out of my cheast. i never wanted it to end. I could feel the spark people felt in the movies.  We stoped for a moment.

Justin licked his lips in satisfaction. I could tell he felt the spark too.  He zoomed in again, this time, trying to forse his tounge into my mouth. i pull away.

"Whats wrong?" he asks.

"Look, i really like you in all, but i'm not ready for that yet." i reply feeling stupid. 

he zooms in and gives  me a regular kiss. I hold my breathe, and that was a big mistake because it was another long one. My mind trails off to think that i may run out of air and die on his lips. Would he even notice? is my kissing bad? is it bad enoth to not notice me dead because i kiss like i'm dead already?

he pulls back and gets some air too. he blurts out "wow" at least i know i'm not a total kissing failure. His stop is coming up and he looks sad.

"Whats wrong?" I ask.

"Next year I'll be driving and probally won't see you again." he sighs. I sat and thought about this one. He was right. a tear filled my eye.  He seemed to notice it for he kissed me again.

"please don't cry Rose," he moves my chin twords him. "I promise that i'll never forget you, as long as you don't forget me." I knod as if to to say "I promise".  his stop is here.

"Lets keep this between us ok? i don't want rumors about you to spread around." He stands up.

"What about you, don't you care about rumors about you?" i ask.

"Naw, I can habdle those, but i can't stand people talking about you." he leans down and kisses me one last time. He walks down the aile to the front of the bus. i count the steps he takes before waving to me. only 3. He turns and waves to me for a long time. Until the bus leaves. I look out the back window and see Justin watch me leave with such a sad face. As if to say, don't leave. trust me , i never anted to ever leave him again.
