Amanda woke up and got ready for school that day. She went down staires for breakfast and soon after, Adam  arrived. He greeted her with a kiss on the cheek and a hug. Amanda was trying so hard to act like everything was back to normal. For the first couple minutes the car drive had been quiet, then Adam grabbed Amanda's hand and said, "Amanda you mean more to the world than me, and i can't live with out you, you know that right?" he said looking her in the eye as much as possible while trying to pay attention to the road. Amanda felt a ward feeling come over and her eyes seemed to sting and become slightly blurry but she managed to blink back her tears before he noticed. She studdered "Y-yes..." Adam looked at her smiled his adaorable smile and brought her hand up to his mouth and gently put his lips to it. "I love you Amanda, I really do, I would never do anything to hurt you." he said. With that Amanda was almost certain that Kelsey did it. Kelsey kissed Adam. But how could she? she knows that i've liked him since forever. She always seemed to be mad at him or disgusted with him. Why? She just didn't get it.

When they got to the school Adam unbuckled his seatbelt and sat there for a moment and looked into her eyes and smiled her favorite smile again. then started to lean in for a kiss and his lips had just barely touched her lips when they heard knocking on the window on Amanda's side and there was Kelsey, as if Amanda wasn't already pissed off at her, Kelsey backed away from the door and waited with an angry/impatient look on her face. Adam almost immediately got out of the car and went over to her side of the car to open her door before she even noticed he had gotten out. She smiled at him and got out. She stood there and waited for Kelsey to start talking while Adam stood behind her and put his hands on her waist and rested his head on her shoulder. Amanda noticed that kelsey gave a weird little glance at his hands on her waist and then started rambling on about how one of her other friends was a backstabber because she had asked a guy out knowing that Kelsey had liked them and was about to ask them out herself.

Adam wasn't paying attention, he just rested his head on Amanda's shoulder happily, he was so tired, he had spent the whole night worried that Amanda wouldn't believe him.

Amanda was steaming with anger towards Kelsey. She was certain that Kelsey did it. But she wouldn't let Kelsey know that now, not when she could kill her with jealousy. Just keep Adam closer than before and keep pretending to be friends, eventually it'll get to Kelsey that she can't do anything about it. They were in love and that was that.
