The next day at school was geart for Amanda and Adam. they didn't have to hide their feelings from eachother so it was like a big rock had been lifted from their shoulders. Amanda even got an A+ her history final, which was unexpected because it was her worst subject for all three years she took it. Everything going great. After school they walked home together and did their homework at amanda's house. They giggled and flirted while working on their algebra assignments.
"You're so cute when you're working on hard math problems" Adam said as he took her hand kissed it and played "footsie" under the table with her.
She pulled her hand back and giggled "Are you thirsty?" she said getting up to get a drink.
"No, no, I'm fine." he said getting up.
She walked over to the refrigerator and got out the iced tea she made and poored herself a glass as he came up behind her and put his arms around her and kissed her neck softly and whispered "God dammit I love you so damn much Amanda, I've never been this happy in my whole entire life."
She smiled as a warm feeling came over her she turned to face him and said "Adam, You make me feel warm inside and no other boy on this earth can do that, you're the only boy for me. You're always there for me. I love you so much, I can't believe I wasted so much time hiding my feelings from you." she put her arm on her shoulders and hugged him tight.
"Oh come on baby it wasn't a waste of time" he said releasing her from the hug and looked her in the eye, "I hid my feelings too. Let's just not look at it as a bad thing, I think we weren't ready when we were younger anyway, I was dumb and I would've screwed it up anyway so it's better that we waited." he said trying to keep her spirits up.
"You're right. But it would've been me to screw things up." she smiled and kissed him on the cheek and turned to grab the glass of tea she poored and started to head back the table to finish the algebra homework fast so they would have some free time with eachother. He followed her with his hands on her shoulders massaging them as she finished her last problem checking over her work as she went. He had already finished. When she finish she walked into the living room, knowing he'd follow her. but he took his hands off her shoulders and she didn't hear his foot steps anymore so she figured he went to use the bathroom or something or he was just walking really quietly.
she sat down on the couch and waited for him while she waited she turned the television on.
He came back but crept slowly and quietly so she wouldn't know he was there, he snuck up on her and slowly he was right behind her and he decided to kiss her on the neck. He bent down and kissed her softly on the neck like he did b4 and scared her so that she jumped a little.when he stopped she yurned to face him with a smile on her face. "You bastard you scared the crap out of me!" she exclaimed. "I'm sorry baby" he said with a smirk. He took a seat really close to her. Looking at her and smiling until she looked back at him.
"What?" she said giggling. He didn't say anything but he turned his attention to the TV still smiling, putting his arm around her, pulling her closer than she already was. She was still looking at him. He looked back at her still smiling and raised his eyebrows as if asking a question. "Why aren't you talking sweetie?" she asked him. He just ignored the question smiling bigger now almost showing his teeth but not quite. She just nudged him and waited for an answer still smiling. He still didn't answer. She got up and sat on his lap to see if he'd tell her then. He just rubbed her back. She didn't know what else to do but start making out with him, she really wanted to know why he was looking at her.
"Are you going to tell me?" she asked.
He shook his head still smiling.
she leaned closer to him and started making out with him. he held her arms and and kissed back passionately, he'd never kissed a girl like that b4. She was surpirzed. then after five minutes she stopped and asked "Now will you tell me why you were looking at me that way?" she laughed.
"Because I thought you might do something like that" he smiled.
she smiled back at him then got up and sat next to him.
They watched television for a little bit until the phone rang.
Amanda got up to get it. Adam followed her and put his hands on her waist while she talked on the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey, Amanda, It's Kelsey Oh my goodness you should get in your car and drive to the mall right now there's a sale going on for these super cute tube tops for 5 dollars each!" said Kelsey.
"Oh my gosh that's awesome but i can't really make it right now because my parents aren't home yet and Adam's over..." she replied.
"Oooo so what are you and adam doing huh? Getting busy?" Kelsey joked.
Adam laughed.
"No ha ha very funny we're just hanging out."
"Well I have nothing to do i'm so bored nobody's at the mall."
"Why don't you come over here?" amanda suggested.
"I wouldn't want to interrupt you and Adams date." sha said.
Adam took the phone and said "You wouldn't be interrupting anything."
Amanda took the phone back and said "Yeah come on over."
"You sure?" kelsey said.
Both Adam and Amanda replied at the same time "Positive!".
"Okay, I'll be over in a few." she said.
"K"
then Amanda hung up.
Adam kissed her neck again.
Amanda lauhed "Adam you're gonna give me a hickie!"
"I'm sorry baby." he whispered.
"It's no problem I just don't want my mom to see it if I do have one by now." she laughed, "Do I have one?"
He checked "Not a really noticable one" he laughed, "But it's kinda shaped like a heart."
she headed toward the bathroom to look, of course he followed her.
"Oh my gosh you're right!" she exclaimed.
He smiled, "Wait wait look at that!" he said.
"What?" she asked
"Can't you see her? She absolutely beautiful, she's amazing!" he exclaimed.
"ha ha Adam you're such a kiss up but thanks." she laughed.
"Ahhh...kiss that sounds like a good idea." he smiled.
She smiled and kissed him on the cheek.
"You're a really great guy adam and i love you so much."
He hugged her, "Baby I love you so much I'm having trouble finding another word to describe my feelings because love just isn't enough."
The doorbell rang amanda went to go answer it after giving him a kiss on the cheek. Adam stayed behind.
Amanda answered the door for kelsey and went to clean up the table a bit then Kelsey asked where Adam was.
"He's somewhere around here." she said picking up his books and putting them in his bag.
Kelsey headed down the hallway.
Amanda finished cleaning up the table and went to go find them.
She headed towards the bathroom and found Kelsey and Adam kissing!!!
Kelsey got away and screamed "Stop it adam!"
"What the hell are you talking about you attacked me you little whore!" adam yelled.
"What the hell is going on here?!" Amanda asked in shock.
"Kelsey walked in here and just started flirting with me and I tried to walk out and find you and she attacked me and started kissing me!" he explained
"What are you talking about Adam you pulled me in there and started kissing me!"
Amanda was confused.
She just stomped down the hallway with tear filled eyes.
Adam rushed after her.
"Amanda!" he called.
She just ignored him and kept stomping toward her bedroom.
"Amanda wait!" he yelled again. She turned towards him and looked him in the eye.
"I swear I didn't kiss her she kissed me, I don't even like kelsey like that, you know that, please believe me!" he pleaded.
"I don't know." she said tears streaming down her face now.
"Aww baby don't cry." he said hugging her.
She turned away.
"Baby, you have to believe me, not only am I your boyfriend now but I'm also your best friend you have to believe me!" he pleaded.
Kelsey walked into the room and glared at adam.
"Amanda! Are you alright? I'm so sorry but I didn't do it!" she exclaimed, "This jerk did it I can't believe he would do this to you!"
Amanda got frustrated and sighed.
Kelsey said, "Oh my god, you can't tell me you believe him over me! I'm your best friend!!!".
Amanda sighed, "Can we just forget about this right now? I'm feeling sort of sick."
Adam--"Baby are you alright?"
Kelsey--"Baby are you alright?" she said mocking adam, "Amanda are you ok?"
Amanda ran down the hallway. She locked herself in the bathroom.
Adam and kelsey ran after her, arguing the whole way down the hall.
Adam was the first one to the door, "Sweetie, please let me in!" he pleaded.
"Why should I?" She sobbed.
"I want to make sure you're ok honey." he assured her.
"Why do you care?" she asked angrily.
"Because I care about you!" he said.
Kelsey was silent the when she got there.
Amanda picked up her cell phone and looked at the time.
"My mother's gonna be here soon I think it's time for you guys to go." She said opening the door.
Kelsey started down the hallway already adam waited for amanda to get out of the bathroom completely before walking after her.
Kelsey and Adam got their stuff together and got ready to go, amanda called her mother to let her know that she was gonna drop adam off at home so she won't be there when she arrived.
Kelsey left after saying good bye and spouting a few more insaults at Adam.
Adam got into amanda's car and waited for her. Amanda got in the car and they started off to his house.
"Amanda don't you trust me?" he asked.
"I do Adam but right now I'm really confused, I don't get it. If it was you, why would you do it after I already know you don't like kelsey. But if it was Kelsey why would she do this to me, she's my best friend and she knows how much I love you." she said keeping her eyes on the road.
"I don't know why she did it either, it's weird. But I can assure you that I didn't do it." he said.
"Can i just forget about it right now? Please?" she asked.
"I'm sorry." he said, "Tomorrow we can do homewrok at my house if you still want to hang out."
"I'll think about it." she said.
"Okay..." he said, "I'll call you later tonite."
"Okay." She said, eyes still on the road.
the rest of the car ride was silent then they pulled up in the drive way.
he unbuckled his seat belt and gathered his stuff.
"Thanks for the ride amanda," he said, as he gave her a kiss on the cheek "I love you." he said waiting for a reply.
She sat there and just muttered "Bye".
He, obviously hurt, got out of the car and walked to his door step and watched her drive away.
he walked inside and greeted his family and got ready for dinner.
