“Well, I’m in kind of a……situation.” I said, and I knew my face was red because it was practically scalding my face!

“Really?!” He said suspiciously “what KIND of situation?”

“Well..” I wrung my hands, and looked down. “it’s kind of secret.”

“Secret.” He said dryly. “It’s a secret.”

“Yea, so therefore, Nell, you see why I can’t tell you.” I smiled up at him.

“Ok, Ayz, but if you need me, just tell me. Are we still on for tonight?”

“No, everythings fine, and yea, were on if you say we are.” I replied.

“Then I’ll see you at 7.” He said, and with a wink, strode away.

Wow, can u say close call? I have GOT to be more careful. I sat back down and started reading so e pregnancy magazine. I’m going to have to tell the hospital to get some variety of magazines because not everyone wants to hear about how to burp a baby. After about 10 minutes and a huge article on “How to Understand Baby Talk”, a nurse came in and gave me a report on the old man’s health.

He was pretty severely cut up, but he was going to be alright. Tomorrow, he would be released. But since I wasn’t direct family, I wasn’t allowed to visit him.

So the only thing I could do was leave this wearisome hospital. Ugh, and the sickening smell.

I walked out into the still sunlit day, my mind wondering at high -speed. The only good thing about the circumstances was that Brian hadn’t seen his super secret attacker. Which would be me. So, he doesn’t know that his very own daughter kicked his mad ass. And, if need be, I will GLADLY do it again.

I took the old man’s keys, and threw them on the front seat of his car. He would most likely be able to drive by tomorrow, and if his car got stolen, well, that was his problem. I think I’ve done my good deed for the day.

I walked back to the graveyard, preparing the confrontation with my dad, if he’s still there. But he wasn’t I saw, as I got there. The only proof of anybody actually being there was the blood splattered on the perfectly green grass. Although, I’m not sure why the grass is green. I mean, there are dead bodies buried underneath that grass, you’d think all that disintegrated flesh would cause the grass to be all icky, but I guess not. I walked over to an empty gravestone, sat down, and plugged my earphones into my ears and pretended I had the life of high royalty. Yea, right.

4 hours later…

Wow, I fell asleep! I woke up to the sun setting, and my I-pod dead. Damn it! I m going to have to charge it again!!!! And the time. What time was it?? Not 7, I hope. I ran pretty much all the way home, and when I got there noticed the electric was back on. YES!

I checked the clock and realized it was 6:45! CRAP! 15 minutes . I am going to have to haul ass!!!
