Her Life (8)

At Matts house Joel and Kaitlyn were getting a bit 'cuddly' again. Matt wasnt ver happy about it so he got up and left for a bit.

"I was thinking" Kaitlyn began.

"yes?"

"Dont you get bored in your house all day???"

"Thats why i went back to school haha"

"Well i no that, i mean, before you went back to school. What did you use to do to pass the time?"

"I dont no. i had internet. And my room has a good view of the beach." he paused"And of the street" he smiled a bit then stopped. it was so fast kaitlyn didnt notice it. But she thought back to when he was at her house and he knew exactly were her room was. 

Joel smiled his normal smile again. Kaitlyn looked at him wondering what he was thinking. He lent closer to her, she now knew exactly what he was about to do. but just as he was about to matt walked back in. 

"So what trilogy do we want to watch? Final destination, or scream??"

Final destination!" Kaitlyn said. then laughed because of how demanding she had just sounded. "I mean, final destination?"

 "Ha ha Final destination it is" Matt laughed.

Joel paused. "How come Amy didnt come?" 

"I dont know. i guess this group just has traditions. Me and matt have been doing this every monday night since before either of us knew Amy.me and amy do the mall saturday and sunday arvo....usually." She remembered to the previous weekend. looking at her phone at the usual time her and amy do stuff reading the caller id and just putting the phone back down. She just didnt feel like doing stuff then. Her parents decided friday to night to announce some bad news and Kaitlyn didnt want any of amys crap and complaining. She has never been the type of person you can talk to about this stuff. Matt has always been that person for her. "matt band amy do video games throughout the week and we all go surfing"

"I see. well you know what i would hate to impose on tradition. So i think i will go home." Joel began to getn up. Kaitlyn glared at matt. He almost ignored it, but then he thought for a second.

"Nah its cool i guess we can break it just this once" Matt finally said just before Joel had left the room.

"Ok thanks mate" Joel was back on the couch snuggling with kaitlyn within seconds. Matt just tried to ignore it. He was actually planning to tell kaitlyn how he felt tonight. I guess i will just have to do it another time. Hopefully before Joel tries anything with her. He thought and sat down.
