"Hey Baby," Chris said as he walked into my house. I wasn't to thrilled that he was there. "Hi," I said trying to sound happy. 

Chris is my boyfriend and we've been together for almost 3 months. About a month ago he started doing drugs and now he's addicted. I want to break up with him but he's always high and when he is he's mean. So I just deal with him and make him happy.

"So what do you want to do?" I asked him. "I don't know you pick." I thanked God because he wasn't high, yet. "Let's watch a movie. I just got Pirates of the Caribbean yesterday." "That sounds nice."

During the whole movie he talked about how fake all the effects were and how crappy the movie was. I was going to tell him to shut-up but I just decided against it and watched the movie.

After the movie we went up to my room to listen to music and just talk. "I'll be right back. I'm craving cookies." I said and then I walked out. I searched in the cabinets for the Keebler's Cookie package. When I found it I ate one before I went back up to my room.

As I started to walk up the stairs, I heard that the music was off. Thinking he was trying to scare me I stomped on the stairs to tell him I was coming.

I walked into my room and I almost fainted. He was lying there motionless on the floor with a needle in one hand and there was a burned piece of tin foil on my night stand.
