My whole body froze and I could feel my breath start to deepen as I looked up at Criss’s face.

His light blue eyes locked with mine.

Part of me was hoping he would just turn away from me and walk off with out a word. And thin a nether part of me wanted him to give me a large huge and talk my ears off!

But all we where able to do was look at each other with shock in both our eyes.

“Hi.” Criss broke our silence with a quit whisper that I could hardly hear.

I still was unable to say anything.

“I was hoping I would see you soon.” A small timid smile formed on his face.

“Um. yeah.” I finely chocked out.

“So, um, are you hear with any one?” he asked, rubbing the back of his neck.

Man, I hope he doesn’t think I’m going to site with him. Cuz I’m NOT! ….even if I want too.

“Um, yeah. Zack, Louise and Paul.” I said, looking down at my fidgeting feet.

“Oh. Is Justin with you?” I could tell he was trying to get me to look at him. But I just couldn’t bring my self too.

“No. he’s not.” I practically whispered.

“Hm?”

And with that we went back to silence.

“So, um, how have you been?” Criss asked after about 3minuets.

I quickly looked up at him. The sadness, excitement and anything ells that I was feeling at that moment, drained out of me. Now I was just full of anger and hate.

How could he even ask a question like that?

“I’ve been just PEACHEY! Thank you.” You could hear the sarcasm in my voice from a mile away.

“Your hear with…um…oh what’s her name? Maggie! Yes that’s her name!” Criss looked at me with hurt in his eyes and was about to say something, but I butt in before he could even get a word out.

It’s my turn to talk.

“You know I ran into her the ether day.” I began. “She seems nice…well except for the part of calling me a bitch.” I smiled.

“Oh and lets not forget about the part when she told me about you and her screwing each other.” The smile that was on my face was now wiped clean off.

“Now wait a second!” Criss started.

“Wait for what!? Huh? Well?” my voice was now rising, making a couple of heads turn.

“Are you making me wait so you can tell me how much of a bitch Maggie is and how-“ I was about to go on when Criss suddenly grabbed my arm and jerked it a little bite.

“You don’t have the right to talk about her like that.” Criss said, very close to my face, so I was the only one who could hear.

I had to hold back my urge to spit in his face right there.

“And “YOU” don’t have the right to tell me who I can and can’t talk trash about!” I snapped.

“Jackie!” Criss yelled and pulled me out side so we wouldn’t make such a scene inside with all our yelling.

“Let go of me!” I hissed as I struggled to get out of his grip.

“No!” he yelled back.

Tears threatened to fall as he let go of me and stud in front of me with his arms crossed over his chest.

“Why can’t we just talk?” He said, his voice going back to it calm self.

“About what?” I questioned with a smirk on my face.

“Anything you want! Jackie, why can’t we just talk like normal friends?” His voice was staring to rise again.

I looked at him with a blank stare for a minuet and thought over what I was about to say.

“But that’s the thing Criss.” I began, wiping away a tear that was about to fall from one of my eye lashes.

“I don’t want to talk to you. I have nothing to say to you. And I’m not your friend.”

And with that said I turned and took off down the street. Thinking that, I did want to talk to him. And I had so many things to say to him. And I wanted to be more thin just friends with him.
