I knew that when my mother heard I was talking to my sister she would be pissed. That didn't stop me. I would wait for her after school and stay at her house until 5:00. My mother thought I was at tutoring.

Sometimes Destiny would have to work nights. Thats when me and Jason would watch televison or he would go to sleep and I would take care of Ivy. Either way it was better than listening to my parents grunt and moan in the next room.

It was saturday, and me and a big bowl of ice cream were just about to watch televison. There was a knock on the door. I opened the door to find a box with a bow on it.

I opened up the box and there was a pair of sparkling white diamond earings. The one's I had wanted, but they costed 120 dollars. I couldn't have afforded them.

It had to be Shane, the only other people I had told was Destiny, Jason, and my mom. That was about it. So it all boiled down to Shane. I sat there on the couch and smiled my ass off. I had officially went over the edge for that boy.
