A few years ago a boy at the age of 16 was arrested for having a DUI and having open beer bottles in his car. He was finger printed and jailed. After his trial he got probation for one year. Now he’s a 18 year old boy by the name of Billy Dipron on this day he is not so lucky.

Here’s what happened. Three weeks ago two thugs stole Billy’s bike and stole thirty five dollars from him. Later that same day the thugs broke all of Jerry Apnas windows on his car and shot stink bombs into it. After school Billy and Jerry were telling each other about there day. When they realized they had trouble with the same thugs they got into a huge fight with them. They went over to there alley way where the thugs stayed Billy shot both thugs in the leg and stomach. They heard sirens and ran, ditching the gun. The cops interrogated neighbors and bystanders for hours they noticed blood from the two victims.

Billy and Jerry were on the phone that night, Jerry saying “Dude that was crazy man we almost got caught!” Billy: “yah I know….well I talk to you tomorrow see yah!” Billy never got to talk to Jerry that day because those police finger printed that gun only to find Billy Dipron.

He got arrested that night. But he wouldn’t go without a fight He Punched one cop in the face. The other cop quickly pulled out his taser and electrocuted him. His best friend Jerry never got caught.

Trial:

the prosecutor writes that Billy broke the law by assaulting and battery to an officer, Resisting arrest and attempted murder of two men.

Later the next day Mrs. Dipron went to go get the mail, she went home and saw what she needed. The notice and summons paper. It said Billy must come in to court five days from today. On that day Billy was sentenced to
the juvenile detention Center.

During the Detention hearing the judge decided that Billy will stay out of detention and go strait home after school. If he has any other activities he must report to you or go strait home after them. Until the arraignment hearing.

The judge Reads off all of Billy’s rights and the information about his case. Billy now needed to decide whether he was going to plead guilty or innocent. He decided to plead guilty so the judge wouldn’t have a fact finding hearing and find him guilty and see that he lied. After pleading guilty Billy had to come back for a disposition hearing.

During this hearing the judge mentioned the two guys that Billy shot. He said he would have to pay for there injury’s. He would also be on probation till he got out of high school (two years). Plus two hundred and fifty hours of community service.
