Chapter Sixteen

Kamran’s POV (continued)

I just stand there with a shocked and extremely sad look on my face. "What do you mean you don’t think she’s going to make it?!" I yell out, I know I shouldn’t have yelled it and I didn’t mean to but what would you do if the person you loved got shot,and the doctor "thinks" she wont make it? "Im sorry but she’s lost a lot of blood, and we cant seem to get as much back in, she’s slowly fading away. You may go in and see her now if you would like." We walk into Jalena’s room. She’s extremely pale and she looks drained. "Hi Jalena." I say softly. She looks over to us and smiles weakly. "Hi Kamran." I walk over there and kiss her gently on the lips. "You can make it Jalena, I know you can, your strong." "I’m trying my best Kam, it’s hard to stay alive when you’ve lost this much blood." I just nod then sit down next to the bed, and we just stare into each others eyes for a few moments before Jalena’s mom says, "Jalena, honey, ill be out in the waiting room while you two talk." Jalena looks over to her mom and says, "Ok mom, love you""I love you too dear." Then Mrs.Henderson walks out. "Kamran, how long will you love me?" "I will love you till they drive Buicks to the moon." I say softly to Jalena.

Then Jalena’s heart beat starts to increase rapidly and the doctors and nurses come rushing in, and say "You’ll have to leave sir." I walk out of the room and go to the waiting room. About 20 minutes later Dr.Ashely comes out emotionless. "Kamran, Mrs.Henderson."

I know that this one and the one before are short, and there will probably be only one or two more chapters, then the storys over
