Chapter Eleven

Jalena’s POV

We got on the bus to go downtown, it was a long ride. When we finally got there, we decided to just rent a hotel room because it was like 10pm. When we got to our room there turned out to be only one bed. I flopped on the bed and Kam got on the bed and wrapped his arm around me. We fell asleep like that. When I woke up Kam was still asleep, I apparently turned in his arms during the night because now I was facing him. He looked very peaceful when he’s asleep. I just laid there and stared at him for a few minutes then kissed him gently and got up carefully trying not to wake him up. I forgot he was a light sleeper. I didn’t notice he woke up after I kissed him. "Morning’ beautiful." He replied half asleep. I smiled and replied "Morning Kam-Kam." He smiled and sat up. He stretched then got out of the bed and came over to me and hugged me. "So jal what do ya wanna do today?" "I was thinking we could go to the art museum and stuff like that." "That sounds like fun." "Come on." I said as I dragged him out of the door.

I forgot that I hadn’t combed my hair so I just threw it up in a pony. Kam is lucky he has short hair. When we got to the museum we went around discussing art. A lot of kids were there. I have no idea why cuz it was a Saturday I guess they were all for day care or something. When we left the museum we decided we better go back to florida, so we first grabbed something to eat then went to the airport. The airplane ride was kinda boring.

When we got back to florida we decided to just go for a walk in the park. We sat on a bench and just watched the world around us. We then go to the beach and we just lie on the hot sand for a while. Then I say "Kam come on lets go swim, the sand’s too hot and it’s a really nice day for swimming." Kam laughs and say "We don’t have our swim suits with us." I smile and say, "Didn’t stop us in Colorado. Not gonna stop me here." With that I run into the ocean and I hear Kam running after me. We dived in and swam in what we were wearing we swam for a little bit then we had to get out because our clothes were starting to drag us down.

We went over to Kam’s house because he has some of my clothes over there and his house is a little closer then mine to the beach. After we changed we were going to watch a movie, but before the movie had even begun I fell asleep. When I woke up Kamran was gone.
