Chapter Eight 

Kamran’s POV

When we got outside Jalena’s phone started ringing Slipping down a slide, I did enjoy the ride, Don’t know what to decide you lied to me you looked me in the eye "Who is it Jalena?" I asked after seeing the terrified look on her face. I took the phone to see who was calling. It was Mr.Mystery again. I answered the phone for her.

"Hello?" "Hello Kamran." "Who is this?" "That’s not important." "Yes it is now who the hell are you?!" I yelled into the phone "I told you that’s not important, what is important is that you give the phone to Jalena." "Not until you tell me who you are!" I yell into the phone again. "Well, all I can do is give you some hints." "Alright, then give me hints." "I’m your enemy." "That’s it??" "Yes." Great. My enemy. I had at least 30 enemies! Gosh this was gonna be hard. "Can’t you give me a better hint?!?!?" "Well I could if you come to the beach with Jalena. So that you may know me but I can take care of some business." "I bet I know who you are." I say a little unsure. " Alright who am I then?" the man asks a little scared but still cocky.

"Alan McClaster." The line was silent for about 5 minutes. "Kam what’s going on." Jalena asks nervously. "Look Kamran come to the beach so I can just kill you, dump your body in the ocean and keep Jalena for myself." "You selfish little bastard that will never happen." "I could come over either of your houses and kill you both. Any Time." I was silent for a minute. "That may be true Alan, but our houses are like 20 minutes apart. You don’t have a car. None of your friends do either. And no one would give a creep like you a ride." "Hey im not a creep!" Alan screams into the phone. "Yes you are, and you know it. You are completely obsessed with Jalena. Admit it. You don’t even like her, your just obsessed and wish to own her. Like property." The line goes dead.

"Jalena come on." We climb into my car as I start the engine Jalena asks, "Kam what’s going on??" "Jal," I say and sigh, "Alan McClaster was the creep calling you." "He was? But that couldn’t have been him!" "Yea it was. Don’t you know he’s a creep?" "Yes....but he just seems sweet around me." "I know, its just an act. He just see’s you as a possession. Come on we’re going to stay at a friends house." I say as i flip open her phone, which i hadn’t given back yet.

"Hello?" "Hi Nia." "Well, hello Kam-Kam!" Nia says excited. Nia has the hugest crush on me. She’s still my friend though. She’s attractive, she has light brown eyes, smooth dark tan skin. She has dark brown hair. She’s attractive and all she’s great but I just don’t like her more then a friend. "Nia, Jalena and I need somewhere to stary f or a while." Nia hesitates before answering. ".....Ok.....That’s cool....I guess..." "Thanks Nia we’ll be there in about 20 minutes." "Ok, see ya then Kamran." "Bye." "Bye." Nia says a little sadly, trying not to let it show in her voice. "Ok Jalena we got a place to stay." "Ok." Jalena says extremely nervously. "Its ok Jal. Alan’s not going to hurt you. He’s a little weak creep." Just then someone jumps in front of the car.
