Chapter Seven
Jalena’s POV
When we get to class I say, "Kam I’m nervous about what" "What Alan will do?" "Yea. You know how unpredictable he is." "Although you know in this kinda situation he would do anything possible to break us up so he can have you, you know that right?" Kamran ask jal. "Kam I’m scared." I replies my voice a little shaky. "It’s ok Jal."Kamran say’s as he pulls me close and hug me. "It’s ok." Just then Alan walks in. Wait a sec...he doesn’t have this class with us. He has Spanish 2 right now.
"Alan what do you want?" Kamran asks in an annoyed voice. "Well, I wanted to talk to you." "Alright talk." Kamran say getting even more angry and annoyed just by his presence. "Alone." Kamran gets up and tells me he’ll be right back. Then he and Kamran go into the hall way. I wonder what Alan’s going to say or do. I hope he doesn’t hurt Kamran. Kamran came in he had a small smile on his face. "What did Alan want?"
Kamran’s smile got a little bigger when I asked him. "Uh he said that he would do whatever it took to break us up. And that I had to break up with you before the end of the day." I just sat there completely shocked. That little creep Alan. Im going to kill him. I’m sure my anger and aggravation showed because Kam said, "Don’t worry Jal im not going to break up with you no matter what. And your not going to believe whatever lies Alan tells you." "What else did that creep do?" "Well, he shoved me into the lockers, and told me that stuff and then I asked him what if I didn’t and he said he would kill me." "WHAT?!" I must have yelled loud because about 6 kids looked into the room. I smiled and then looked back at Kam "WHAT?!"
"Jal rel–" all of a sudden my phone sang- Slipping down a slide, I did enjoy the ride, Don’t know what to decide You lied to me, You looked me in the eye It took me by surprise Now you gratified me You cried to me Lalalala"What?" "You are to say nothing about these phone calls you are going to do everything I say." My eyes widen. I cant recognize this voice. I turn the phone on speaker and motion for Kam to be abosoltly silent. "Ok." "You are to go to your classes like normal, but don’t talk or even make any kind of contact with Kamran." "What if I have to?" "No exceptions." "Ok." Kam gave me a look. A look that sent chills down my spin, in a half good half bad way. "When you get out of school you are to go to Casanova Beach no later than 4pm." "What if I don’t show up?" I ask not sound afraid but inside I am scared beyond belief. "I will kill you." the man said simply. I just sat there in stunned silence. "So you don’t have much of a choice here now do you?" "N-n-no. I g-g-guess." "See you at Casanova Beach beautiful." With that the mysterious man hung up. Kam and I looked at each other, He had a worried expression on. And apparently my fear had betrayed me because he said, "It’s going to be ok Jal, who ever that jerk was cant hurt you. I wont him." Then he held me close. He didn’t take his eyes off me once all day. I was extremely freaked out. Not by Kam but by that call.
At the end of school my phone rang again. Slipping down a slide, I did enjoy the ride, Don’t know what to decide You lied to me, You looked me in the eye. It was him.
