 sorry that this one took so long. I was gone all weekend and I just started class this week. So I apologize for it taking so long.

CHAPTER 11

1 YEAR LATER

Aaron and I stayed together and to both our surprise my brother didn’t seem to have a problem with us being together at all. In fact he said that it was inevitable for us to be together. He knew it would happen. I guess things really can turn out the way you want them to.

"Where are we going," I asked Aaron as I sat blindfolded in his truck.

"I can’t tell you."

"Babe you know I hate surprises." I said extremely annoyed.

"I know honey, but I know you would be upset if I ruined it for you."

"Yeah that’s what you think." I replied crossing my arms.

"I promise you it will be worth the aggravation." he said laughing at me.

"Don’t laugh it me." I said finding it very hard not to smile. Which caused him to only laugh harder.

"Stop it." I said bursting into a fit of laughter myself.

"I love you." he said in between laughs.

"I love you too now tell me where the hell we are going."

"I don’t have to because we are here. Now don’t move I will come and get you."

He must of ran because no sooner had the words come out of his mouth before he was at the passenger door helping me out of the truck.

"Watch your step." He said.

"I know I know I’ve gotten out of this truck a thousand times."

"I know that but have you ever done it blindfolded?"

"No I can’t say that I have." I replied beginning to laugh again. He took my hand in his and we started walking. I could hear water and it hit me where we were. We were at the beach that we had began going to when we needed to have serious talks. As I was thinking about this a thought dawned on me. The last thing that we had talked about when we were here was getting married.

"Wait a second." I said, but Aaron neither stopped nor said anything.

"You can take your blindfold off now." He said. I removed the blindfold with my free hand. The other one was tightly secured in his. When I looked at him he was on one knee.

"Oh my god!" I said beginning to cry already.

"Kate." he said looking up at me. "Being with you has made so many of my dreams come true and I was just wondering if we could make one more happen?" as he said this he pulled a black velvet box out of his pocket and opened it. It was a ring.

"Will you marry me?" He asked.

With tears pouring down my face I answered, "Yes, yes I will."

He pulled me into his arms and lifted me up. "I love you so much." I said through my tears.

"I love you too." He replied, "and I always will" he said sliding the diamond ring onto my finger.

"Now someone can be jealous of us." I said smiling at him thinking back to the day of my brother’s wedding.

He smiled. "They’ve got a lot to be jealous of."
