It had been 3 months since the shooting.

FLASH BACK

When i woke up i realized i was in the hospital.Everything around me was still acept for the little movement in the corner.I looked up to see adam standing up walking towards me.

Adam:good your awake.

In the course of 10 minuets adam was able to tell me everything that had happened.

I was the one who had got shoot.I remembered that i had jumped in front of adam taking the bullet in the side.i had not lost the baby.The doctors said it was a miracle but that the shot mite cause defects to  my baby.

Adam was furious and very upset at the same time but not like aaron.

Adam told me aaron was crying so bad that with a shaking hand he held the gun up to his head.Then......

Aaron pulled the trigger but to his surprise no shot went off.Adam said he could here th sirens and thats when aaron ran off.

PRESENT

Im now almost 5 months preganant but im not showing much.Adam moved in with me so he could help me.Everyday went by and adam said he wished so bad that the baby was gonna be his.One time i heard him crying in the middle of the night,he was mumbling to himself but i could understand him.He said:God please let the baby be mine.I love serenity so much.I wanna be with her forever.Please give me this one thing.You've already given me her can u give me her child to?Please god .Please.

He never knew i was listening to him.

I was so deep in thought that it took me a minute until i heard my friend andy calling my name.

Andy:Serenity!Hello earth to serenity!
