FRIENDS FOREVER? OR NEVER? [2]

i opened my eyes Afraid of what the world was about to throw at me.Lights blinded me coming from every which way.

my mom: She's awake!

I sat up slowly but fell back as pain rushed to my head.i tried to speak but my mouth felt like glue.I saw a nurse come into my room.I was in the hospital?What happened?

Then i froze my body tightened and with all my might i sat up and spoke.

breanna:Mom?

Mom: yes honey?

breanna:where's davante?

pain struck her face and that meant only one thing.

breanna:Mom is he okay?

She looked at me tears about to fall from her crystal blue eyes.

Mom:he..........He is in the room across the hall.

breanna:Can i see him.

the nurse spoke for my mom

Nurse:No im sorry you cant he is having test done and you need rest.

breanna:I dont want to rest i want to see davante.

I began to swing my legs onto the side of the bed.

Mom:honey please just rest.

I looked at my mom.Her face looked serious.Tears marked her rosy white cheeks.

breanna:Okay mom.

I lay down and my eyes closed.I feel into a restless sleep.

THE NEXT DAY!

I woke up and found myself in the same position i was when i feel asleep.I looked over and there was my mom in the lil red chair sleeping.

breanna:Mom....are you awake..

Stupid of course not but to my surprise she opened her eyes.

Mom:yes honey what is it?

breanna:I want to see davante.

Mom: i know you do you kept sayin his name while you slept,let me go get the nurse.

A few minutes later my mother returned with a nurse trailing not far behind her.She took a few test on me and said i was free to go.

breanna:what about davante?

Nurse:oh he is wide awake and asking for you to.

I rushed out of bed and headed towards his room.When i walked in i saw his girlfriend,my worst enemy, standing over him.She looked up at me hate in her eyes.

katrina[davantes girlfriend]:I will be right back sweetie.

She gave him a quick kiss and walked up to me.

katrina:You got soem nerve to be in here.

She whispered loudly.

Breanna:What are you talking bout he is my friend i have a right to be in here.

Katrina:Its your ass that did this to him.

She looked over at davante and so did i.

Katrina:I will be back try not to hurt him anymore.Got it?

breanna:What ever hoe.Duces.

I walked up to davante leaving his grilfriend to pout alone.

Davante:hey

he said it so mekily.he didnt even finish the word and i began to cry.

breanna:Im so sorry.

He reached his hand up and touched my cheek.I took my hand and touched his hand.

Davante:Im going to be okay.Its not your fault,but i want you to do something for me.

breanna:Anything.

davante:Go into my room look in the nike box under my bed.Look for a peice of paper with your name on it and read it.

Breanna:What?

Davante:Please just go do it.......

The machines around davante began to beep and the doctors rushed in.they pushed me out of the room.With tear filled eyes i rushed outside and headed to davantes house.it was raining just slowing my down more but i kept going as fast as i could.

When i got to his house the door was unlocked i rushed up the stairs and into his room.I found the box and the note for me.I took it out and began to read it.

Dear breanna,
There should be only one reason you are reading this.i am dead or I am on the verge of dieing.I wrote this note on 5-12-07.I am going to tell you something that you might find shocking but here goes......I love you i always have i have just been scared to tell you,But it is true im so in love with.i know it might be way to late to be telling you but i had to sometime.So i choose now i guess.Well i love you

Tears flooded my eyes.He loved me.......i couldnt believe it.
