Chapter 2

 

Melissa's thoughts:

I keep replaying that night in my head over and over. The night nick stood me up the night I was raped. Its because of nick its all his fault if he would have just remembered if he would  have  just  been there it would have never happened... I miss the way I use to be in love nick but I just can’t let this go. That’s why I’m staying with him hoping ill get better hoping that someday I can finally tell nick that I love him. But not anytime soon.

 NICK

"Hey man thanks for the ride."

"No problem dude"

          The rest of the car ride was quite. When they pulled up to Nick’s house they said there goodbyes and Travis was off. When Melissa got home, she didn't even look at nick she went straight to the bathroom she took out a small needle and injected herself. she laid back until the drug started to kick in. she got up went to the bedroom and told nick to take off his clothes. Nick looked into her eyes and knew that she was high.

"What the hell is wrong with you?"

"Nothing I feel great" she laughed as she took off her shirt.

"Are you fucking high?"

"No, maybe why do you care?

"Because I love you!"

"Bullshit! If you really cared you would have been there."

"Here we go again. I’m sorry I stood you up weeks ago! I forgot I’m human! We make mistakes.

"Yeah Whatever! I’m going out, I might be back" Melissa yelled as she slammed the door shut.

Melissa's thoughts: 

Where am I going what the hell am I doing? I should go back NO! I cant not yet


Next thing she knew she was in front of Travis's house.

Why the hell am I here?

She asked herself as she knocked on the door.

"oh hey Melissa what do you want?"

"Can I come in?"

"Why?"

"Please I need a place to stay just for an hour."

"Fine you want a beer?"

"Sure"

After a few beers both Melissa and Travis where drunk. They started to kiss and things start to move faster before she knew Melissa was waking up in Travis bed she looked at the time.

"oh crap its 7:00am I've gotta go"

she got up slowly trying not to wake Travis as she was getting up she felt a hand on hers. Pulling her back down...
